I train by lifting heavy, primarily. If you’re looking to build muscle, you need to do exercises in 3 sets of 6-10 reps with enough weight that it brings you to muscle failure by the end of each set (meaning you can’t quite finish the last rep).
My go-to glutes exercises are:
Romanian deadlifts
Bar squats
Hack squats
Bulgarian split squats
Reverse lunges
Medius kickbacks
Hip thrusts/KAS glute bridges
Narrow stance leg presses
Straight glute kickbacks
Hyperextensions
My growth only started to really take off when I started prioritizing protein intake (1g of protein per lb of body weight). I also take a creatine supplement.

assuming you can locate the clit, don’t attack it with your hands or mouth right out the gate. ease into increasing amounts of pressure ONLY after getting it nice and wet first. gentle kisses and licks are always a safe bet to start. if you can’t locate the clit, read a book.
the alphabet technique isn’t really that great. better to experiment with a few patterns of movement until one makes your partner moan or buck their hips and then stick to it. stopping an effective technique can be incredibly frustrating (unless you’re purposefully edging)
