here are some HIDDEN GYM MISTAKES you may be doing wrong - and how to avoid them in the future.

I know because I've made ALL these mistakes before...

If you want better health, and better results in the gym - listen! ImageImage
- Eating garbage because of the 'macros' or artifically flavored 'BCAA drinks' or preworkout mixes. Same goes for most protein powders/bars.

bad for your gut, mental health + waste of money.

Just toxic bombs that should not replace REAL food nutrition or quality sleep. Image
- Using a plastic supp shaker/drink bottle.

They throw it in with your order of creatine at the local supp mart.

You don't need to dose yourself with endocrine disrupting chemicals from plastic. Use a glass bottle or stainless steel shaker if you want a wide mouth for supps. ImageImage
- Working out for too long, or too often

Get in, stimulate the muscle and push it to new limits and then get out and recover. A solid workout can be done in 30 minutes. Once you push past this you're impeding your recovery time for reduced gains.

no need to lift 6/7 days a week Image
- Wearing polyester gym clothes.

Heating up and sweating in gear that is essentially plastic just because its stretchy and tight is no bueno.

wear natural fibres such as cotton only. This also allows breathability of the skin and sweating for removal of toxins and cooling. ImageImage
- Going on your phone during your workout.

If you want to change a song, fine, but that shouldn't lead into scrolling.

Put your mental energy into your lift, you go your whole day with your phone, dedicate your exercise time without it. ImageImage
- Lifting too heavy for your strength

There are ways to make a light weight 'feel' heavy
your muscles don't know the numbers on the bar... they only 'feel' the gravitational force applied by the weight
more sustainable to focus on lighter weight w/ form + mindmuscle connection Image
- Allowing 'Cheat' meals

Don't reward yourself with something that's bad for you.

put down the Chik Fil A. it's not anabolic just to look at the macros and think you're eating well.

Anything you want to 'cheat' with can be made in a healthy way with healthy ingredients. Image
- Thinking Rest Days = laying on the couch

For sure rest from lifting hard; take naps in the sun if you so feel called to.

However, laying indoors all day not moving is not helping your recovery.

Walk around, take a sauna, active recovery is the best recovery. Image
There are many things to avoid inside and outside of the gym, and these are just some of them.

🚶‍♂️Walking > Slugging for Recovery

You may think “recovery” means laying on the couch all day

Wrong.

In slug mode – blood pools, waste and lymph builds up and soreness lingers longer - with your muscle repair slowing down

ACTIVE rest while Walking is the best way to recover. Image
After heavy lifts, your muscles are damaged (in a good way – microtears in the muscle that result in growth).

But waste products like lactate pile up, causing that muscle soreness.

Couch time? Zero blood flow, no lymph movement - Repair stalls. Image
Light walking is recovery without intensity:

- Boosts circulation without adding stress
- Flushes metabolic waste
- Delivers oxygen + nutrients to rebuild tissues faster
- Reduces perceived soreness by a significant amount

And you don’t even need to do that much.

THE OUROBOROS

What you must understand is that death must occur for life to be born.

The Ouroboros, a symbol of renewal, pictures a serpent or dragon eating its own tail.

It signifies the eternal return, cyclical time, the journey of self-renewal, and the unity of opposites. Image
Image
Destruction and creation are not opposites, but parts of a unified whole. The serpent eats itself and is reborn from itself.

Death and purification leads to renewal and higher existence.

There is an interconnectedness in everything, in life and death... Image
...in creation and destruction, chaos and order. The beginning is the end, and the end is the beginning.

Memento Mori: “Remember that you must die.”

This is not just talking about your life's mortality - parts and aspects of you and your ego will die and become reborn. Image

9 HEALTH REALITIES YOU NEED TO KNOW

I hope that you come into this post with an open mind

I can assure you that I have come to these ideas through many years of research and experimentation

See evidence of things, test them, and make your own conclusions. Image
I am not saying that I know everything but these are things I believe to be right at my current point of knowledge

Understand that what the current mainstream dogma is is not always right and will be reinforced without true questioning if a lot of people are making money off it

This past weekend a band of brothers journeyed high into the Swiss Alps for the first Sol Expedition.

Lead by myself and Janosch Amstutz - two days of hiking through this incredible wilderness and up to a glacier, learning in the purest of nature. https://t.co/vaR6794lCKtwitter.com/i/web/status/1…

The valley we walked through was indescribably beautiful - the energetic resonance of which was felt by everyone as soon as we stepped into it.
After trudging through some rain, the first night was spent in an ancient hotel that historic royalty stayed at; Nietzsche would write here years ago.

You can't just book this place online. That's a natural spring fed water fountain there. Image

Wearing glasses is like wearing training wheels

over time your eyes become weaker because they have to 'work' less = vision gets even worse

You can improve your vision through various natural methods... don't think you have to rely on glasses/contacts forever
If you:

- stare at a screen all day (no eye movement)
- expose your eyes to artificial blue light
- don't often get natural sunlight in the eyes
- have a poor diet
- don't eat wild seafood

then your vision/eyes will get worse!
...glasses or contacts will not fix your eyesight
Tips to improve eyesight naturally over the long term:

- Regular eye movement exercises - movement of the focus of vision from as far left and right as you can, up and down, focusing on near and far etc. The eyes are controlled by muscles and these can atrophy without use
