I am in no way shape or form capable of handing out life advice but allow me to say this to all the 20 yos whose life currently sucks, grind 24/7 and fail non stop.
It's normal and i'm one of the last people who will hand you cliché motivational lines.
But it's normal.
Most people in this space were not given any handouts and will thus need to acquire multiple skills in order to "make it".
So your early 20s are your "grind" years by default.
The years where you'll work nonstop but somehow seem to be unable to move forward.
These are the years when everyone will be partying, graduating college, getting cushy jobs and so on while you will have almost NO LIFE AND STILL SEEM LIKE A LOSER despite all of your efforts.
But then, if you're psycho enough to keep pushing, you will 100% find the right
opportunity for you if you're prepared for it.
So use this hindsight in order to KEEP pushing.

How to tackle pathogen-related gut issues once and for all.
Thread🧵
*Not a small one (15K words)*

Hey people, it's George.
Today i'd like to talk about pathogenic overgrowths since the approaches that are commonly recommended when it comes to battling one, can unfortunately backfire......bad.
One example of such counterproductive advice is the zero-carb approach (when it is recommended for weeks on end).
A zero-carb approach when it comes to addressing bacterial overgrowth won't backfire only if a person's thyroid is VERY healthy (this is not the case for most).
These could be the reasons why you're still struggling with vitamin and mineral deficiencies.

If you have ever experienced a vitamin or mineral deficiency, you know the huge impact that it can have on your health.
Things can get VERY bad in a short amount of time.
It’s not uncommon for example for people who struggle with a minor (minor) B12 deficiency, to experience serious hair loss, inability to concentrate, poor sleep, skin discoloration, speech problems, no energy and no appetite or for people who are deficient in some
Types of mushrooms and how they can benefit your health.

Mushrooms have started to gain a bit of popularity once again and for a good reason since they can be great dietary tools that will support your health journey if you understand their properties
and this thread will be a brief summary of how you can do that.
Now obviously different mushrooms have different benefits (*) so the one that you will be able to see the most benefits from will be determined by the goals you have.

The same people who ask for a source when it comes to the dangers of nnEMF, or even pretend that they do not exist, never say (or even worse don't even know) that calcium channels are almost 6000 (or even 7000) times more sensitive to nnEMF than they are to our own body’s
and protein has a 20-35% thermic effect (fats have a 3-15% thermic effect).
So if X amount of calories come from carbohydrates, this means that 5-15% of them is going to be released as heat during digestion, a 20-35% when it comes to protein and a 3-15%when it comes to fat.
There is no equality when it comes to food.
Carbs are not equal to protein or fats and vice versa obviously.
Not only that but carbohydrates are not equal to each other, proteins are not equal to each other and fats are not equal to each other.
