Her past trauma, trust issues and overwhelming feelings for Ferit triggers her to SUBCONSCIOUSLY push him away to avoid being hurt.

Actions like starting arguments (harsh and provocative words) and avoiding emotional intimacy (refuse to open up) happen unconsciously - and are just an escape. Same as numbing and denying feelings to make them easier to cope with.

The truth is; Seyran was deeply touched by Ferit love note and that triggered her fears and instinct to protect herself (harsh words & attitude)
She was also very pleased by the gifts and flowers but she denies it in front of Suna and on the phone with Ferit.

She never intentionally meant to hurt F, just like him his pain affects her deeply. She regretted telling him God is saving me from you, regretted saying I can’t trust him all my life -admitting she exaggerated. Same as she regretted some actions in the past.

In the mountain house F for the first time confronted S with the truth, her past trauma are the reason of her fear and behaviour.
F is pushing S to break free from her past chains - to heal.

Her pointing out that her disgust and shock of what he did -along with his mother- is beyond her insignificant self and it’s actually a matter of morals - she is restoring F values.

Gulgun nonchalant behaviour the next day is a contrast to F’s who reflected on S words & accepted his mistakes. He chose, to keep G in the dark about his relationship, taking sole responsibility to fix it as grown up, he doesn’t trust in her judgment anymore

- she is his mother but she failed him with her wrong guidance and excessive love, almost ruined his life.

F, later, asked Suna for help. F is not shutting ppl out, he is choosing who to let in. Suna never hesitated to call him out whenever he was wrong, was hard on him several times but she also showed him support, affection & gave him counsel when needed.

- That’s how a balanced healthy love/care should be.

S and F both were forced into this marriage, yes! but actually, Ferit was forced into a “random marriage” not to “Seyran”, the moment he chose her, it became his “choice” and not an obligation anymore, he himself was not aware of the impact of his action.

Seyran revolt era -

S is revolting against everyone who once “enslaved” her. She reached the edge, acting reckless, stubborn, making mistakes, not considering consequences or planning anything. Her ultimate goal is to take control over her life at any costs.

defying K authority, beating & torture, she’s braking free from K “chains”, it doesn’t matter if her choices are rights/wrongs now, what matters is: to decide for herself. She never had the chance before & that’s one of obstacles that keeps her away from F.

- Ammarah: the self that urges man to evil
- Lawwamah: the self that feels repentant at doing wrong, thinking wrong & willing wrong & reproaches man for this & the same is called conscience in modern terminology

- Mumtmainnah: the self that feels full satisfaction at following the right path and abandoning the wrong path.

Acting involves imitation, but not only! For any physical emotional expression, shaking hands for example, you basically need to not only be in character, but be yourself in the character’s situation. How do you feel/react in that situation?

Then find the mental posture and muscular technique that makes your hands shake the way you want, for the reason they are supposed to be shaking. The expression of the whole body and hands must be interconnected.
What I saw was a stiff body and a voluntary trembling!

When someone expressing rage or is on the edge of a breakdown the whole world is not enough place for them, their own body is not enough place, it can’t contain their emotions inside any longer, so we witnesses a torn body about to explode in movement in the all space around them
