Bells have been an important part of human culture and religion for thousands of years. Traditionally, bells are used to communicate information and bring people together. Wherever they’ve survived from the #oldworld, the sound of their ringing is usually lost in the noise.
During WWI tens of thousands of bells across Europe were confiscated and melted down for munitions, including 44 percent of the bells in Germany alone. The symbolism of taking creations meant to resonate peace and healing and turning them into creations of death and destruction… ImageImage
Deacon Karl Munzinger spoke of the beloved bells in his sermon on July 22, 1917:

“It goes against any feelings that they, who like no other preach peace and should heal wounded hearts, should tear apart bodies in gruesome murders and open wounds that will never heal.” ImageImage
The carillon is an instrument consisting of at least 23 bells. It originated in the Netherlands and Belgium and is their national instrument. It’s estimated that during WWI, two thirds of Belgiums bells were taken while every single one was taken from the Netherlands. ImageImage
The practice continued into WWII as well. Between 1939 and 1945 an estimated 175,000 bells across Europe were seized and taken to bell cemeteries to await delivery to foundries for melting down. Some of them had been ringing since the 12th century. ImageImageImageImage
“The Mussolini government forged a prewar agreement with the Vatican providing for the ‘mobilization’ of Italian bells under which half were to be claimed for war industries. As was the case in Germany at least one bell designated by authorities was to remain in every tower” ImageImage
Because bell towers were often used by snipers during the wars, they were regularly targeted for destruction by artillery and bombings. Even if they weren’t melted down, the bells were almost always damaged or destroyed. ImageImageImageImage
Seizing bells as spoils of war has actually been practiced for centuries. Napoleon is said to have had a tradition he called “Rachat des cloches,” or “redemption of the bells.” He would offer a conquered city the chance to buy back their bells or keep them as a prize. Image
Cast in 1501, the George d’Amboise was the largest bell in France. It was 10 feet tall, weighed nearly 40 thousand pounds and hung in the Rouen cathedral until 1793 when it was melted down for cannons.

Jeanne d’Arc was even bigger, weighing 20 tons, but destroyed in WWII. Image
Of course, these are just the facts as they’ve been given to us by mainstream history. I think there’s actually much more to the story and that an important part of the true function of the oldworld bells has been obscured.

“History is written by the victors.”
In the Buddhist tradition bells represent the heavenly enlightened voice of the Buddha imparting his teachings. It’s s also a call for protection and to ward off evil spirits. ImageImageImageImage
“No man is an island,
Entire of itself.
Each is a piece of the continent,
A part of the main…
Each man's death diminishes me,
For I am involved in mankind.
Therefore, send not to know
For whom the bell tolls,
It tolls for thee.”

There is still much more to be uncovered… ImageImageImage

"O Solon, Solon, you Hellenes are but children. There is no old doctrine handed down among you by ancient tradition nor any science which is hoary with age, and I will tell you the reason behind this.” Image
“There have been and will be again many destructions of mankind arising out of many causes, the greatest having been brought about by earth-fire and inundation. Whatever happened…any action which is noble and great…all that has been inscribed long ago in our temple records…” ImageImage
“…whereas you and other nations did not keep imperishable records. And then, after a period of time, the usual inundation visits like a pestilence and leaves only those of you who are destitute of letters and education.” ImageImage

In 1577, cartographer Gerardus Mercator penned a letter to English mathematician and astrologer, John Dee. He wrote about many things but his description of the North Pole (Hyperborea) is quite curious.
“In the midst of the four countries is a whirlpool…into which there empty these four indrawing Seas which divide the North. And the water rushes round and descends into the earth just as if one were pouring it through a filter funnel.”
“It is four degrees wide on every side of the Pole, that is to say eight degrees altogether. Except that right under the Pole there lies a bare rock in the midst of the Sea. Its circumference is almost 33 French miles, and it is all of magnetic stone…”

Walter Kilner is best known for his research into the human aura and the development of various chemical screens to aid in the visualization of these energy fields. He tried many unusual substances & eventually determined the ideal chemical was Dicyanin, a by-product of coal tar. Image

“They Live” is based on a 1963 short story:

“At the end of the show the hypnotist told his subjects, ‘Awake.’

Something unusual happened. One of the subjects awoke all the way. This had never happened before. His name was George Nada and he blinked out at the sea of faces…”
“Then he noticed, spotted here and there in the crowd, the non-human faces, the faces of the Fascinators. They had been there all along, of course, but only George was really awake, so only George recognized them for what they were.”

It was adapted into a short comic in 1985. twitter.com/i/web/status/1…
“He understood everything in a flash, including the fact that if he were to give any outward sign, the Fascinators would instantly command him to return to his former state, and he would obey.”

“The plasmatic llfe form can control natural processes and objects, blending with them so as to be invisible.”

- Philip K. Dick
A 2007 technical paper published by Tsytovich et al. on the New Journal of Physics found that under certain conditions plasma - in the form of so called “plasma crystals” can behave like DNA. Is it possible that life is not limited to only carbon (or silicon) based forms?
Plasma is one of four fundamental states of matter and is the most abundant form of ordinary matter in the universe, most commonly associated with stars. It can be artificially generated by heating a neutral gas and subjecting it to a strong electromagnetic field.

The word lustration derives from the Latin lustratio, which means “purification by sacrifice”. Lustration rituals and processes in ancient Greek and Roman society were intended to help individuals or communities rid themselves of impurities. They are similar to scapegoat rituals.
The specifics of the rituals varied depending upon culture and time period, but in addition to animal sacrifice, they often involved washing with water, rubbing with substances such as clay or blood, confession of sins, and fumigation or burning of various herbs and incenses.
“When a community was to be purified, either from collective guilt or from the accumulated ill luck and ill doing of a period of time, different processes were used from culture to culture.”

In many ways, Covid-19 and the pandemic resemble a world wide lustration ritual.
