Why help @MagicFoodArmy and why do I and volunteers who follow me (like my wife @Maryink13 and a guy I came to know as we volunteered through this war @this_is_ripley as well as many others) help Ukrainian Armed Forces?

I this thread I am going to post everything you need to know to make borsch at home. What is even more important - I will explain details about every ingredient of the soup. It will take 48 hours. After I’m done you’ll be able to creat your own recipe!
>BORSCH INGREDIENTS - GARLIC<
Garlic is among the core ingredients of borsch. Anyone who has lived on a farm or knows anything about Ukrainians can confirm this. Garlic is grown all over the country and used in most of our recipes, unless the food is adapted for city restaurants
>BORSCH INGREDIENTS - MEAT<
Does borsch require meat? The short answer is - NO. Should we use it? Depends on whom you're preparing this soup for. When I say "luxurious" I'm not joking either. For many Ukrainians throughout history this dish was made with scraps they could get.
