2/n Without On-ground Testing, Lacs of Pensioners Migrated to SPARSH. Existing Data of Pensioners in PCDA Pensions/Banks was Required to be transferred to SPARSH.Names of Pensioners/Spouses,Dates of their Birth, Arms/Service, Adhaar/PAN Numbers are found either Wrong OR Missing.

3/n pcdapensions.nic.in website Intentionally Closed by them. Making Pensioners Unable to lodge Complaint for Correction. SPARSH PPOs Not being Generated, thus unable to issue Login ID & Password to Pensioners sparsh.defencepension.gov.in/# Thus Making Pensioners Unable to login.

4/n If Login ID/Password issued.On log in, Demographic Validation Failure experienced by Pensioners.Therefore can't proceed further.If Able to Proceed,Facility to Update Pensioner Profile,incase of Mistake noticed have been BLOCKED by SPARSH. Without login can't lodge Complaint.

5/n Incase of Demographic Validation Failure. Pensioners Required to Upload Adhaar Card.Same would then be updated on Approval from Respective Record Offices (No time limit given). Inspite of Number of Complaints by Email/PMOPG/CPGRAM by Pensioners/Ex-servicemen Org, No Response.

6/n Family Pensioners unable to Report/Upload Death Certificate in SPARSH for Commencement of Family Pension. Submission of Life Certificate becomes impossible in the absence of SPARSH PPO Number. Majority are not Technical Savy & 75 Years plus, in Panic. CSC are unable to Help.

n/n PMO Office Only. Pensioners Request Hon'ble Prime Minister Sh Narendra Modi Jee,to ADVISE All Concerned. Firstly,Immediately Suspend further Migration to SPARSH till System Stabilizes.Secondly, Immediate action be taken to Remove all the Bugs.Thirdly, No Pension be Stopped.
