Chapter 1 - Bombing

13th May 2008, Jaipur

A normal routine day for Jaipurites People were going home from office. It was Tuesday so there were also crowd on Hanuman Temples.

Suddenly 2 bomb blast occures

People run towards Johri Bazar.
Two blast occurred there on exit points.

Complete Mayhem in Jaipur. People run towards Choti chopad n bomb blast occures there also n then Badi chopad, Chand pole Hanuman temple n one after one 9 bomb blast happen

It seems like location n timing was planned in such way to kill maximum people

Those who have visited Hawa Mahal, johri bazar know how colorful these streets r in evening

Same street were filled with blood of innocent Jaipurites

80 People died n 250+ badly injured

Chapter 2 - Investigation

A terrorist group Indian Mujahideen sends email to Aaj Tak and claims responsibility

IM says it will demolish the faith (Hinduism) of infidels of India

IM modus operandi is recruit local Mslm as Sleeper cell for bomb blast.

To understand investigation, it's important to know the political establishment timeframe coz it is going to play important role

Jaipur Police' and Rajasthan ATS investigate the bombing

ATS makes 13 people accused

Atif and Sajid : they r killed in Batla house encounter

Shadab, Khalid, Sazid : Flee to Pakistan

Arif, Yasin, Asaddulah arrested in other case n sent to Tihar

Sahbaz, Mohd Sarvar, Saif, Saiffurrahman, Salman r arrested by Jaipur Police

All 5 are educated
Shahbaz is M tech in computer science

Chapter 3 : Judgement

After 11 years of investigation and transfer of judge after judge

8th judge in district court convicts 4 persons n acquit Shahbaz

All 4 sentenced to Death penalty

Defence team challenge judgement in High court

29th March 2023
Yesterday

Raj high court acquits all 4

So after 15 year, not a single accused punished
All accused r free

Jaipur is back to 15 years

What a failure to state govt
Neither they cud save, not they cud get justice

Chapter 4 : The shoddy investigation

So all accused of Jaipur bombing r free now but more shameful is comment made by judgement on Police n ATS.

Judge said, I m emotional but I have to go by law n release them coz investigation agency

Left so many loopholes that accused took benefit of it and saved themselves

High court said that ATS didn't carry out investigation seriously

Prosecution also didn't fight case seriously

Police left so many loopholes in investigations

Jaipur is back to 15 years ago

ATS made 13 accused

But today all r free

State govt is saying that they will challenge it in Supreme Court but truth is neither Govt cud save Jaipur from blast not cud deliver them justice

No media will tell u this news
