/1 BREAKING — The National Archives admits to America First Legal that 1,170 pages of Biden’s Vice Presidential records were found at the Penn Biden Center.

They also admit they “lack custody” of Biden’s other misplaced records found in Delaware.

Where are the records? ⤵️
/2 On March 21, America First Legal filed a FOIA request with the National Archives to obtain all of Joe Biden’s misplaced records from his time as Vice-President during the Obama Administration.

/3 Yesterday, we received a response from NARA admitting they have 1,170 pages of Biden’s Vice Presidential records that were found at the Biden Penn Center. But those records are currently with Special Counsel Rob Hur.
/4 NARA admits they found 9 boxes of materials at Biden’s personal attorney’s office in Massachusetts.
/5 NARA also says they “lack custody of the records” found in Biden’s Delaware home, which begs the question — where are they?

Do Biden’s lawyers have them?
