This is an excellent look at some fringe people who spread conspiracy theories but under the false guise of science. I think this paragraph sums it up well. When you ask these people how they plan to achieve their goals, they don't have an answer.
I think these people largely mean well and sincerely believe they are looking out for society but they don't grasp the whole public part of public health. You have to have the public's support.
The widespread availability of medical journals on the internet is both good and bad. In this case it's bad because you have people who aren't qualified that are reading them and deliberately twisting or misunderstanding findings.
