Weaponization of the justice system is not an impartial DOJ indicting a lifelong criminal.

Weaponization of the justice system is firing your AG because he refused to investigate your former political rival in an effort to fulfill your warped ‘campaign promise’ to “Lock her up”
Weaponization of the justice system is firing your own FBI director because he wouldn’t stop investigating an attack on our elections by a hostile foreign power that you were complicit in.
Weaponization of the justice system is having your DOJ secretly subpoena the data of two prominent Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee (Adam Schiff and Eric Swalwell) in an effort to subvert Congressional investigations into your own crimes.
Weaponization of the justice system is trying to fire the Special Counsel who was hired in response to your firing the FBI director and tasked with investigating whether and to what extent you colluded with a hostile foreign power and obstructed justice.
Weaponization of the justice system is pressuring your first AG to fire the then-FBI director Andrew McCabe and Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein to obstruct investigations into your own crimes.
Weaponization of the justice system is requesting your DOJ to open an investigation into your 2020 opponent, Joe Biden.

Weaponization of the justice system is having your next AG whitewash the findings of the Robert Mueller’s investigation and lie to the American people.
Weaponization of the justice system is repeatedly applying pressure on the DOJ to take it easy on your allies facing legal pressure, which were ultimately successful in the cases of Michael Flynn and Roger Stone.
Weaponization of the justice system is having your Chief of Staff send emails to the DOJ in your final weeks in office in an attempt to get them to investigate baseless election fraud theories to lend legitimacy to your lies about a “stolen election” that you used to stage a coup
Weaponization of the justice department is using the DOJ to obtain the phone records of reporters who scrutinized you in an effort to obtain dirt of some kind on them in an act of completely illegal retribution.
Weaponization of the justice department is using the FBI and IRS to go after your political opponents or other perceived enemies.

It’s revoking security clearances of former top intelligence officials and press passes for reporters who were critical of you.
Weaponization of the justice system is attempting to extort the President of Ukraine into launching sham investigations into your future political opponent by withholding critical aid and then claiming immunity from prosecution on the basis of occupying the Presidency.
Weaponization of the justice system is having your acting Secretary of Defense prevent the deployment of the national guard to the U.S. Capitol for over three hours while you watched the deadly attack you incited based on a lie unfold on live TV from the WH.
Weaponization of the justice system is trying to get the Supreme Court (one third of which you appointed) to overturn the results of the 2020 election despite there being no evidence whatsoever to substantiate a single claim of fraud or malfeasance of any kind.
I could go on and on with this, but the bottom line is Trump spent every day of his time in office weaponizing the justice system. He wielded the power of the Presidency as a weapon against his political and other enemies and the DOJ as a shield to protect him from accountability
Republicans can whine all they want about how Bragg indicting Trump constitutes “the weaponization of the justice system.”

The fact is that:

1,) No, it doesn’t, and
2.) The guy you’re claiming is the victim of such weaponization did nothing but weaponize it himself for 4 years
And Trump is not alone in his weaponization of the justice system. The entire @GOP has done the exact same thing by packing SCOTUS and the lower courts with religious extremists to rip fundamental rights from women and restrict voting rights/access among people of color.
And there is perhaps no clearer example of weaponization of the justice system than the wife of a sitting Supreme Court Justice (Clarence Thomas) using her political power to try to overturn the results of an American election via deadly insurrection:

🚨Donald Trump *admitting* that Jeffrey Epstein “stole” Virginia Giuffre from one of his properties—is DEEPLY ALARMING for several reasons:
1. Trump Admits Direct Knowledge of Epstein’s Trafficking Activity

“Epstein…hired people from the spa… I told him we don’t want you taking our people… He did it again, I said out of here.”
Trump is casually describing Epstein recruiting or poaching young women from his own establishments—possibly underage girls working in a Trump property spa.

🚨 NEW: Trump now claims he “wouldn’t talk to Epstein for years” because “he stole people that worked for me” and “hired help.”

This is a brand new excuse. Let’s take a stroll through his ever-changing lies about Epstein and their relationship (THREAD)🧵
Trump has repeatedly claimed he “had a falling out” with Epstein — but has never provided a consistent reason.

At various times he’s said:

• “We had a falling out”
• “I knew him like everybody knew him”
• “I threw him out of Mar-a-Lago”
• “We weren’t close”

ALL. LIES.
Here’s the truth:

Trump and Epstein were extremely close throughout the 1990s and early 2000s.

• Trump partied with him constantly
• Called him a “terrific guy”
• Said Epstein “likes beautiful women… many of them on the younger side”

That’s ON RECORD.

No, Ghislaine Maxwell was NOT granted immunity. Here’s the truth.

People are misinterpreting the Trump DOJ giving Ghislaine Maxwell “limited immunity.” What she got is called proffer protection — and it’s not what you think. Let’s break it down (THREAD 🧵)
“Proffer immunity” (aka “Queen for a Day”) means that she could talk to the DOJ and they generally can’t use her words against her — UNLESS she lies or commits perjury. It’s not immunity. It’s a legal safety net for one conversation.
Maxwell met with DOJ officials for 9 hours over 2 days. She didn’t plead the Fifth. She cooperated. But her lawyer confirmed: “No deal (was offered or accepted). No immunity (was offered or accepted). No promises (were made).” It was a conversation, not a plea or a pardon.

The official @WhiteHouse account just posted this fanfic meme of Trump strutting through fireworks and money, flanked by bald eagles, bragging about deportations and “memes.”

Six months in, and the fascism isn’t creeping. It’s sprinting — and it brought a fucking emoji pack. Image
Let’s talk about the real “accomplishments” of this regime. Not the propaganda. Not the cosplay.

The actual consequences of this unhinged cult taking power again.

Spoiler alert: it’s not a “Golden Age.” It’s a dystopian hellscape with a laugh track.
✅ DEPORTATIONS ARE BACK

But not just that. They’re being celebrated from the podium.
Human lives reduced to punchlines in a meme. Due process eliminated. Families destroyed, asylum seekers turned away, and ICE unleashed like a paramilitary goon squad.

That’s the “win.”

If his tax returns didn’t expose crimes, they’d be public

If the Putin transcripts didn’t reveal treason, we’d have them

If the WH visitor logs didn’t prove corruption, he’d have leaked them himself

And if the Epstein list didn’t implicate him, HE’D HAVE ALREADY WEAPONIZED IT
It’s amazing how the guy who NEVER SHUTS UP suddenly goes silent when the receipts would BURY HIM

Everything he hides is a CONFESSION

Everything he attacks is a PROJECTION

MAGA logic: “He’s innocent, and that’s why he’s deliberately hiding everything that could prove it.” 🤔
“But you have no proof!”

The proof is in what he won’t show us. Innocent people don’t act like this.

“Biden didn’t release it either!”

Trump had the Epstein list while in power, with his own DOJ & FBI director. Why didn’t he release it then?

Because he’s MOST LIKELY ON IT!

Let’s break down what Trump’s comment about Ghislaine Maxwell really tells us (THREAD)🧵

Trump: “I’ve met her numerous times since they lived in Palm Beach and I guess I lived in Palm Beach. But I wish her well.” 😬
Ghislaine Maxwell is not a political prisoner.

She wasn’t a wrongly accused whistleblower.

She was convicted of grooming and trafficking children for sex.

Let’s be very clear about that.

And when Trump was asked about her, he said:

“I wish her well.” 🫢
Trump didn’t just say “I’ve met her.”

He said:

“I’ve met her numerous times over the years, especially since I lived in Palm Beach.”

That’s not just a passing acquaintance. That’s SOCIAL FAMILIARITY — and an admission they ran in the SAME CIRCLES for MANY YEARS.
