Have Surya Darshan ( Bhagwan Surya Arga). Performing Surya Namaskar in open nature. Connecting With Nature when Sunlight is in Orange colour as that is the colour of healing & connecting oneness with Sun god, who is bhagwan vishnu itself.
Rig Veda & The Vishnu Puran mentions that bhagwaan Vishnu shows his presence into the Universe through these seven rays for different purpose in nature and makes a day.
Why one need to wakeup before sunrise, because body is made up of 5 elements & there should be balance in each of the elements to have harmony in physical body & Soul. body paramount element is Agni,Sun symbolise Agni which will helps to balance Agni in body
For better bone & physical body health & one should have his dinner before or after 1 hour of Sun Set, so the Sun signifies how we have to live as per the direction of Bhagwaan vishnu in the form of Suryanarayan.
