this is the one case that leaked. The other Silicon Valley big tech companies have also been funding smear campaigns against TikTok for the same reason as Facebook/Meta: they can't compete and were unable to force a sale of it, so they ordered their bought politicians to ban it:

it's the trifecta of big tech, bought politicians and the security state all coming together to ban a competitor, enforce their monopoly on social media and, crucially, to expand their harvesting of personal data and censorship powers as contained in the fascistic Restrict Act:
Facebook/Meta has also been stealing and plagiarizing from TikTok. It's total all-out warfare against a company they can't compete with in the "free market", which they claim is holy and sacrosanct as long as they get to keep their monopoly positions through coercion and theft
