Larry Davis was coerced into selling drugs for dirty cops in the NYPD; he profited $1,000,000 off working with them. After deciding to quit he was framed.
Attempting to arrest him, he had two guns, gave them six shots to the face, and beat the case.
Larry Davis was born and raised in the South Bronx. At a time when The Bronx was highly neglected and most of its residents struggled to make ends meet.
Larry had a high interest in music. He was known for playing multiple instruments and took a liking to DJ’ing and was one of the first with a sound system in his neighborhood.
Throughout the late 70’s he gave music his full attention, while committing petty crimes for cash. Eventually the music stopped.

According to Larry, he was selling drugs for the police since he was 15, and his nephew claimed to see Larry have at least a million dollars in dirty cop money from hustling for them.

In 1986 Larry was a prime suspect in a robbery and m*rder of four local drug dealers. They were m*rdered execution style with limited evidence.

Out of frustration NYPD went to Larry’s mother house and said “We want Larry Davis”, she said “I don’t know where he is”. In response they said “You tell him he’s gonna get a bullet right up on his forehead”.

Weeks later, Larry was found at his sister’s apartment with his then girlfriend, his infant child and his sister along with her kids. NYPD went through the apartment door and ran towards the back where Larry was. Larry told them don’t shoot and they started shooting immediately.
Larry had a .45 in one hand and a shotgun in the other hand, he shot back. Wounding six officers, all of them receiving shots to the face. One of the bullets from the exchange broke the lock to another apartment door, where Larry was able to escape from.
NYPD offered $25,000 to anyone that could give them a leading tip as to where Larry was. Larry’s family was known well, his mother took in homeless children and Larry was like a brother to them. He didn’t even have to leave The Bronx when he was on the run.
Larry knew if they caught him he would be m*rdered so he said the only way he’s turning himself in is if cameras were present. When NYPD came to arrest him the whole neighborhood was chanting Larry’s name. As we was walking he kept yelling that he sold drugs for the NYPD
In December 1987, Larry went on trial for the murder of those dealers. It was then he revealed to them about his work with the police, selling drugs for them since he was 15 and that since he wanted out they wanted him in prison or dead so he wouldn’t speak out.
Larry was found not guilty in the incident with the cops. He claimed self defense in his trial against NYPD, and in ballistic reports it shown that it was indeed NYPD that shot at him first; helping his case. He was convinced on the gun charges.
Larry was taken to trial for the m*rders he was originally arrested for and was acquitted of all but one. He was sentenced to life in prison in 1991. The assaults caused his permanent paralysis, and he fought for his life everyday until he was m*rdered in 2004 by an inmate.

Hendricks planned on pursuing a lawsuit, until his son Sheldon got kidnapped by JBM. Hendricks didn't know that Will was close friends with deceased JBM lieutenant and leader Leroy "Bucky" Davis.

Charlie's reputation began to build as he went from Bodyguard, to executive personal assistant to Will. He was instrumental in the discovery of Boyz Il Men, pushing Meek Mill further to the masses and etc.
William Hendricks and Will Smith had an argument which escalated quickly. Will had strong ties with JBM, as he was a West Philly kid who made it big.
Will then turned to Charlie, and Charlie gave Hendricks a beating. Hendricks' left eye orbit fractured, nearly going blind, and he needed six stitches.

Their relationship ended after Pam went to the doctor for a checkup and was informed that she had Cocaine residue built up around her cervix. The doctor speculated that Richard may have dipped himself in Cocaine before he and Pam handled their business.
Pam told the doctor she never saw Richard do that, and after the doctor questioned her about if her mouth ever went numb as they handled their business, she said yes. This concluded that Richard used so much Cocaine it traced in his fluids. This was a probable cause to her infertility.
Curtis Mayfield was paralyzed from the neck down in 1990 after a lighting scaffold hit his neck and broke it. He was just about to perform and the wind knocked it out. This happened in Brooklyn.
Rick James and Michael Jackson had a funny relationship, and were closer than most people knew.
Michael was disappointed that he didn’t win Record of the Year at the Grammys. Rick James told Michael he needed to switch up his sound and create a lane of his own so he could win next time.
Michael brought Rick to LA when he was in the beginning stages of creating Thriller, and Rick’s idea of sparking inspiration was to get high. Unique Mecca Audio, a dealer from Harlem at the time said he saw Michael freebasing in Studio 54 in the late 70’s, so Rick tried to persuade Michael to do the record high.
Michael told Rick that getting high would mess his voice up, and after Rick wouldn’t stop suggesting, he told Rick at the studio he was stepping out, then jumped on a plane.
Rick also wanted to marry into the Jackson family, he wanted LaToya. Joe Jackson said “Hell No.” Michael would take Rick’s advice and innovate his sound on Thriller. 8 Grammys later he thanked Rick.

Bucky was an extremely skilled boxer who many believed had the potential to be a star in the sport. JBM stands for Junior Black Mafia, which was one of the strongest organizations in Philly. Bucky would leave Boxing and become Aaron Jones’ protege.
Michael Jackson and Prince were at a James Brown concert in 1983. James called up Michael mid performance to sing. Michael suggested that Prince be brought up as well, knowing Prince was high.

50 grew up in South Jamaica, Queens, at a time when the Southside was a hot spot for drugs in Queens and the city. Organizations such as Fat Cat’s crew, The Feurtado Brothers, Corley Brothers, & The Supreme Team ran those streets.
50 is known to the neighborhood and family as “Boo-Boo,” a nickname given to him by his mother Sabrina. Sabrina had 50 at 15 years old, and lived in an apartment on South Road around Baisley Pond Park.
