A positive step in this direction was the creation in 2014 of the Institute of National Remembrance

An important aspect in his work is access to data. Therefore, a law was passed in Ukraine , according to which the archives of the crimes of communism and massive violations of human rights became publicly available.

04/05/2023 evening update. The situation in Bakhmut is still very tough. The tourists have brought in reinforcements, which means that we are now fighting in the central city. We withdraw slowly but surely to the west and set up a linear battle line.
/1
I have said before that we are getting a new Marinka where 2/3 of the city is dominated by the tourists and 1/3 by us. The likely result will be a line of defense from Kostiantynivka-Chasiv Yar-Khromove.
/2
We have, during the time that there has been fighting in Bakhmut, built up these defense lines.
Adviika stands unchanged, the tourists try to attack on the flanks but are beaten back. Vuhledar is also in the same situation as before -

New day. And again at 9 in the morning. A time when we remember our fallen warriors. Those thanks to whom our state is still holding on and will continue to hold on.
Today, along with others, we remember the Hero of Ukraine, Junior Sergeant Dmytro Syskov from Chernihiv Oblast

In September 2016, Dmytro signed a contract with the 58th OMBr -

Unfortunately, on February 12, 2018, Dmytro died while performing a combat mission near the village of Zholobok (Popasnyansky District).

▪️ On March 28, 2023, Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mishustin announced that the transition to the issuance of part of the sovereign debt obligations of the Russian Federation in foreign currency is “under development”.
/1
▪️This step indicates that the Russian Federation is counting on external financial support from states that it considers “friendly”.
▪️Once the development is completed, foreign investors will be able to buy back the Russian national debt and finance some of its future budget deficits. And they will indirectly finance the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
