1. Having read the list of charges, there's a big problem: no actual crime has actually been charged.  That's right.

If a crime is committed when the defendant acts to conceal another crime, the question is what is the underlying crime that has been committed?
2. There is literally no underlying crime even referenced.  Furthermore, President Trump has not been charged or convicted of any underlying crime. There is not crime.  In fact, this is entirely unconstitutional.
3. And that's why Bragg has thrown so much against the wall -- to make it look like something it is not.

Memorial Day is set aside as a National Day of Remembrance, so we would take time at least one day a year to remember and thank the enormous number of patriots who gave their lives for the rest of us -- and future generations.  These heroes did not go to their deaths believing America is an irredeemably racist nation, that the land of opportunity is actually the land of oppression, and that our country needed to be "fundamentally transformed."
They died for our liberty, our families, our security, and our humane and eternal principles.  In doing so, they even protected the most loathsome hate-America reprobates among us -- who appreciate nothing that has been done for them and contribute nothing to our country.
I have been to many Civil War battlefields.  I have visited Arlington National Cemetary on numerous occasions.  I did and do so not as a curious tourist, but because these are, in essence, holy sites to me.  I feel a spiritual connection to these places and the people who gave up everything for you, me, and the millions of fellow citizens they never knew. I wonder what went through their minds as they knowingly faced potential death. I wonder about their families.  And I wonder what they would think about America today.

1. Remember, even when Russia was amassing military forces on Ukraine's border for an invasion, the Putinoids in our country and the pacificists continued insisting that Russia would not invade Ukraine.
2. It was a conspiracy or propaganda by the DC elite, the neo-cons, those who support never-ending wars, military contractors, etc. Absolute bullshit. Now, they've shifted to a host of different arguments:

1. The Southern Poverty Law Center is a major propaganda operation of the lunatic left.  My wife's name is not Julie Prince and never has been.
2. If you check out what I said at CPAC, among other things I defended Fox News from those who yelled about eliminating Fox, and I don't know everyone who attends or speaks at CPAC.
3. I do know that SPLC's lawyer was arrested for a violent attack in Atlanta and reportedly charged with domestic terrorism.  The SPLC is one of the most pathetic and phony operations in the country.

1. FALSE fact check.
The president alone has the authority to classify and declassify at will solely because of his plenary power over the executive branch.
2. He does not have the constitutional authority to delegate this fundamental power to subordinates anymore than he has the authority to issue an executive order making the vice president commander-in-chief barring extremely rare circumstances (e.g., illness).
3. Yet, when Trump claimed to have asserted this authority the media and phony experts attacked him. Now, the attempt to assert it on behalf of the former vice president. Utterly corrupt media.

1. For the media, Democrats, and RINOs, shutting down the private economy 18 months ago, destroying businesses, jobs, and lives, was righteous, but shutting down the government is always Armageddon, despite it being shutdown 20 times over the last 50 years.
2. Paul Ryan told me years ago in a radio interview that only 17% of the government actually shuts down. Social security, Medicare, Vet benefits, and military are exempted. The government continues receiving uninterrupted about $350 billion a month.
3. The omnibus massive budget passed in November and is prospective. Most of it doesn’t represent monies already spent. It has little to do with paying existing bills. The Biden-McConnell budget needs to be reduced so the debt limit doesn’t need to be increased. It’s that simple
