I'm so done with @INCIndia and the democracy dreams of a better future for the next generations to come.

My own experience is that most of the so-called local leaders are incompetent Chamchas, with little to contribute.

Unless a ground level re organisation is done by Shri. @kharge ji, it's a bleak future.

Anybody who associates with the @INCIndia in these times, takes a courageous stance.

The ground level at @INCIndia is composed of Sycophants, and lured by the gréed of positions, with no will to contribute for the betterment of the party nor its ideology.

Having worked hard first as a @aipc fellow, i realised how insensitivity breeds. Whilst volunteered for an important assignment, was told that an Ashram/Mandir has been organised for the night.

Still acceptable. However was told that the entire exercise was a farce and only to drive PR.

After having blown out my personal savings on the above, i made a big mistake of taking a loan from a so called INC local leader...

With an assurance of paying him back, since my own consulting monies were committed.

Hower since my own monies didn't come in..started getting dirty calls from these so called @INCIndia leader..with a threat, that i know how monies would be recovered... including threats from the local police.

Whilst i have paid the concerned leader on his loan of 1 Lac, i stand dismayed and disheartened that not worth my time, because @INCIndia ideology is not even absorbed by its own workers

I could manage to repay 1 Lac..but what about the poor and downtrodden who can't...Is this the Congress @kharge ji @RahulGandhi @priyankagandhi that our fore father's thought about.

I was a dedicated worker, however personal experiences makes me repulse the very party that i grew up with as an ideology

@INCIndia pls pull up your socks for the sake of democracy..
