Here's how messed up the Wisconsin Supreme Court race actually was:
A group called, Wisconsin Takes Action, offered $250 to voters to sway their friends to vote for Democrat Janet Protasiewicz through an app called, Empower.
This is the same state that arrested a man for exposing a vulnerability in Wisconsin's voter registration system that allows anyone to change a voter's address & request a ballot just by having their data of birth and name
Since the so-called International Trade Court just ruled that Trump doesn't have the authority to impose tariffs. I have no choice but to make this thread literally pointing out that not only does he have the authority, but it's VERY BROAD.
Those dumb judges should read this.
The Trade Act of 1974 couldn't be clearer. It allows the President to impose tariffs if a foreign country doesn't play fair.
19 U.S.C. § 2411(a)(1): "If the United States Trade Representative determines that—
(A) an act, policy, or practice of a foreign country is unreasonable or discriminatory and burdens or restricts United States commerce, and
(B) action by the United States is appropriate, the Trade Representative shall take all appropriate and feasible action authorized under subsection (c) to obtain the elimination of that act, policy, or practice."
19 U.S.C. § 2411(c)(1): "For purposes of carrying out the provisions of subsection (a) or (b), the Trade Representative is authorized to—
(A) suspend, withdraw, or prevent the application of, benefits of trade agreement concessions to carry out a trade agreement with the foreign country subjected to the action under this section, and
(B) impose duties or other import restrictions on the goods of, and, notwithstanding any other provision of law, fees or restrictions on the services of, such foreign country for such time as the Trade Representative determines appropriate."
The Trade Expansion Act of 1962 empowers the President to impose tariffs if he deems it necessary to maintain national security.
U.S.C. § 1862(c)(1)(A): "Within 90 days after receiving a report submitted in which the Secretary of Commerce finds that an article is being imported into the United States in such quantities or under such circumstances as to threaten to impair the national security, the President shall— determine whether the President concurs with the finding of the Secretary, and if the President concurs, determine the nature and duration of the action that, in the judgment of the President, must be taken to adjust the imports of the article and its derivatives so that such imports will not threaten to impair the national security."
19 U.S.C. § 1862(c)(3)(A): "If the action taken by the President is the negotiation of an agreement, and if such agreement is not entered into within 180 days after the date on which such action is taken, or if such agreement is not being carried out or is ineffective in eliminating the threat to the national security posed by imports of such article, the President shall take such other actions as the President deems necessary to adjust the imports of such article so as not to threaten to impair the national security. Such actions may include the imposition of tariffs, quotas, or other measures."
BREAKING: Congress just released BOMBSHELL findings on the January 6th pipe bomb investigation, revealing that the FBI engaged in a massive coverup.
The Committee determined that "There is conflicting information as to whether the FBI received “corrupted” cellular data from the major cell carriers. A former senior FBI official testified that the major cell carrier companies provided “corrupted” cell data to the FBI and suggested that that “corrupted” data may have contained the identity of the pipe bomber; however, in responses to letters from the Subcommittee, the major cell carriers confirmed that they did not provide corrupted data to the FBI and that the FBI never notified them of any issues with accessing the cellular data."
"After more than 1,400 days since two pipe bombs were placed on Capitol Hill, the FBI has made no arrest and has charged no individuals with planting the explosive devices. Since its initial progress in the early weeks and months of the investigation, there has been little meaningful progress toward the apprehension of the suspect."
Do you mean to tell me they were able to track down & arrest hundreds of J6ers mere days after January 6th but still can't get their hands on the actual terrorist who endangered the entire government? Yeah, we're not buying what they're selling. EVERYONE AT THE FBI MUST GET ARRESTED.
According to the committee, the FBI identified multiple persons of interest during the initial weeks and months of the investigation, yet somehow still "failed" to identify the suspect.
They also "refused to provide the Subcommittees with additional information about these investigative leads."
Additionally, they found major law enforcement "failures" surrounding the incident:
- Failed to identify one of the devices during security sweeps at the DNC;
- Failed to properly secure and maintain a perimeter around the pipe bombs despite multiple orders to do so, allowing pedestrians and vehicular traffic to cross within feet of the explosive devices;
- Allowed the motorcade of the Speaker of the House of Representatives to drive through an active bomb scene, risking the safety of the Speaker;
- Allowed commuter trains to continue crossing a bridge next to the DNC, placing civilians within close proximity to one of the viable devices; and
- Transmitted inaccurate information over USCP radio channels, resulting in civilians and law enforcement units breaching the security perimeter
No one with a functioning brain believes that many failures can happen simultaneously.
Bombshell emails leaked revealing that Arizona election officials were engaged in a RICO-level operation to rig elections by censoring voters.
In an email thread, Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Ritcher coordinated with States United, a leftist NGO, to censor a voter's speech & even tried to get him fired from his job at Arizona State University.
I hope our next Attorney General takes this extremely seriously.
Richer started by asking: "Can States United advise me on if a "retweet" is grounds for making a complaint and, if so, how I do so?"
States United promptly responded: "We'll discuss internally and circle back to you as soon as we can."
But it didn't stop there.
Recorder Stephen Richer contacted Arizona State University and demanded Ludwig's firing, "I ask that you assess if he is fit to be part of the ASU faculty."
"He is a regular purveyor of election disinformation and misformation."
Someone put this sick, gingered tyrant in jail and throw away the keys.
All these emails were obtained by @WethePeopleAZA1.
BREAKING: A massive scandal has emerged from the donations ActBlue received on the day Joe Biden dropped out; reports indicate that $20 million from Swiss billionaire Hansjörg Wyss was broken down into over 1.6 million donations across 400,000 donors
Hansjörg Wyss is looked at as George Soros' successor when it comes to pouring money into American politics
These donations are called smurfing, which happens when names of innocent small donors (usually elderly) are used to funnel money into political campaigns (typically Democratic). James O'Keefe and OMG Media have previously discovered millions in questionable donations on ActBlue
Think of ballot trafficking but with campaign donations.

Meet Cheree Peoples, a black mother of a child with a chronic illness who was arrested in 2013 for violating a law Kamala Harris pushed for & implemented as California Attorney General. Under Kamala's law, parents whose kids missed 10% of the school year would be arrested
In Ms. Peoples's case, her daughter Shayla suffered from sickle cell anemia, a painful genetic disease that caused lots of complications. It's obvious why someone like Shayla missed many school days, but Kamala Harris did NOT care one bit. As D.A. of San Francisco, Kamala fought very hard to push the "truancy" law and oversaw its implementation when she was attorney general. The law allowed district attorneys to arrest & charge parents with a misdemeanor if their children missed 10 percent of the school year without a valid reason.
Cheree was in her house one morning in April of 2013, taking care of her daughter, and everything changed when the police showed up and handcuffed her. She had time to put on a jacket over her pajamas. And when she walked by the police out of her apartment where she lived with her daughter, there were news cameras waiting, and the police booked her.
Peoples’ case trudged through the judicial system for two years. She had dozens of court dates, at least one every month, and at times it seemed as if the entire district attorney’s office was involved. Her case was passed among eight different prosecutors, “It’s hard on the body; it’s hard on the mind,” she said softly in one entry. “Right now, I am living the worst nightmare that any mother could possibly understand and go through.”
All this because a MOTHER wanted to take care of her daughter. This is just another life Kamala Harris ruined
"My legal rights were violated, my daughter's rights were violated." - Ms. Cheree Peoples
She also says she couldn't find a lawyer ANYWHERE to defend her and her daughter from Kamala Harris. How sad!
She did this interview on @tonetalks warning people about Kamala Harris.
It's been years, and Cheree People still hasn't received justice for the trauma she faced. I'm leaving the link to her GoFundMe. It would make my year if just a few people clicked the link and considered helping her. I just donated
BREAKING: Reports are coming from Maricopa County, Arizona that Dominion voting machines are malfunctioning county-wide as a result of the CrowdStrike outage. Officials have long claimed that the machines are NEVER connected to the internet... you can laugh at those claims now
Experts like @ColonelReynolds suggest the issues, "Might be because of e-poll books and print on demand printers being affected by CrowdStrike."
So far three different people say all but 10 locations in the county are down. If Maricopa County officials want us to trust their elections, they're going to need to start being honest about just how easily these machines can be affected by cyber attacks.
As usual, Maricopa County's Chief Propagandists are trying to downplay this in their press release. When they say "some voting locations" they really mean "MOST"
UPDATE: Per @merissahamilton, it's the electronic poll books which voters use to check in that are down
