Meet Cheree Peoples, a black mother of a child with a chronic illness who was arrested in 2013 for violating a law Kamala Harris pushed for & implemented as California Attorney General. Under Kamala's law, parents whose kids missed 10% of the school year would be arrested

In Ms. Peoples's case, her daughter Shayla suffered from sickle cell anemia, a painful genetic disease that caused lots of complications. It's obvious why someone like Shayla missed many school days, but Kamala Harris did NOT care one bit. As D.A. of San Francisco, Kamala fought very hard to push the "truancy" law and oversaw its implementation when she was attorney general. The law allowed district attorneys to arrest & charge parents with a misdemeanor if their children missed 10 percent of the school year without a valid reason.

Cheree was in her house one morning in April of 2013, taking care of her daughter, and everything changed when the police showed up and handcuffed her. She had time to put on a jacket over her pajamas. And when she walked by the police out of her apartment where she lived with her daughter, there were news cameras waiting, and the police booked her.

Peoples’ case trudged through the judicial system for two years. She had dozens of court dates, at least one every month, and at times it seemed as if the entire district attorney’s office was involved. Her case was passed among eight different prosecutors, “It’s hard on the body; it’s hard on the mind,” she said softly in one entry. “Right now, I am living the worst nightmare that any mother could possibly understand and go through.”

Patel got charged with two counts of Felony Online Impersonation and one Class A misdemeanor charge of Misrepresentation of Identity, a Texas Election Code violation.

According to the investigation, Patel started his plot in October 2022 when he created the account with the identity of a real person in Needville, Texas including photos of the person with his family as the profile picture. He crafted the account to make it look like a Trump supporter and posted support for his Republican challenger in a racist way (more details in the thread).

Thanks to @j3669 for digging up this insane story Patel's Republican opponent was a guy named Andy Meyers, so he used the fake account to post the most racist thing he could think of to (1) make it seem like Meyers supporters were all racist and (2) make Meyers seem racist

BREAKING: Wisconsin citizens have successfully gathered the necessary signatures to trigger the recall of RINO State House Speaker Robin Vos. The Speaker failed the people by not impeaching election administrator Meagan Wolfe for rigging the 2020 election

Vos helped implement illegal ballot drop boxes in 2020. Vos admitted that the 2020 election was fraudulent yet did nothing about it as Speaker.

Recent revelations also revealed the Speaker's connections with the Chinese Communist Party. Vos is a board member of the SLLF, a partner of the Chinse People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries.

BREAKING: A Federal Judge in Georgia has ruled that the Election Integrity organization True The Vote did NOT violate the Voting Rights Act when they questioned the authenticity of many voters in the 2020 & 2021 Georgia Senate Run-off elections

"In sum, the Court concludes that no action taken by the Defendants in this case constitute voter intimidation under Section 11(b). The Court will not hold Defendants liable for the combination of actions Plaintiffs submit given that the Court has concluded there is such a lack of evidentiary support... This is very good news heading into the 2024 election and allows honest citizens to clean up their elections since their officials won't do it. After the rigged 2020 election, @TrueTheVote launched an initiative called "Validate The Vote" to prevent ineligible voters who voted from voting again in the Senate run-offs
