Looted Treasure is Worth of 7,00,000$ as of 1951

Nehru knew about Loot of INA War Chest but Did Nothing

[๐Ÿญ/๐—ก] Image
the INA treasure scam was first highlighted by Dr Subramanian Swamy in 1978. Media should take his comment on this matter. Image
Ministry of external affairs file No 25/4/NGO - Volume 1, which used to be top secret is now available at the National Archives, and it establishes that the government had zeroed in on the names of the perpetrators, two of which were former Netaji aides. Image
Indiaโ€™s first scam was Subhas Bose-INA treasure loot scam. First highlighted by Dr Subramanian Swamy in 1978, it was properly exposed in Anuj Dhar's book โ€œIndiaโ€™s biggest cover-upโ€ (2012). Established by records declassified in 2016. Story at Times of India Image
The Treasure of INA :

Netaji had raised the largest war chest by any Indian leader in the 20th century.

Some Details of INA War Chest Is Bellow Image
After Japanโ€™s surrender ended World War II, at 8 am on August 16, 1945, Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, from Singapore, cabled Debnath Das, the general secretary of the Indian Independence League (IIL) at Bangkok, to take care of the INA treasures and keep it secretly. Image
In April 24, 1945 Netaji retreated to Bangkok
carrying with him the treasury of the provisional government. There are conflicting accounts on how much gold he took.

Dinanath, chairman of the Azad Hind Bank said Netaji left with 63.5 kg of gold in an interrogation to British. Image
Early on Aug 17, Netaji & his 6 associates flew out of Bangkok with the boxes & reached Saigon at around 9 am.
At Saigon, they were in trouble as there was no plane for their further journey.

The Plane named โ€˜Azad Hindโ€™, had been grounded in April 1945 after it was badly damaged Image
Salvaging The Treasures :

The INA treasures lay scattered on the ground where the plane fell. Major K. Sakai officer commanding of the aerodrome defence h
&Captain Nakamura cordoned off the area &salvaged whatever treasures they could. They were mostly burnt jewellery. Image
Where was the rest of Netajiโ€™s war chest? It is beyond belief that over 63.5 kg of treasure could have turned into an 11 kg lump of charred jewellery. ? Image
Beginning of Allegations;

On 4 Dec 1947, Sir Benegal Rama Rau, the first head of the Indian liaison mission in Tokyo, made a startling allegation. In a letter written to the MEA, Rau alleged that Murti had embezzled the funds and misappropriated the valuables carried by Netaji. Image
The government became interested in the INA treasure only 4 years later, in May 1951, when diplomat, KK Chettur, headed the Indian liaison mission in Tokyo,as India was yet to establish full-fledged diplomatic relations with Japan. ImageImage
In one of his communications to New Delhi on 22 June 1951, Chettur offered to probe the โ€œNetaji collectionsโ€ disappearance. Image
The Nehru governmentโ€™s response for All these Letters & warning was โ€œthe Government of India can hardly claim the assets of the IIL as its own and this is, therefore, a matter in which we cannot proceed officiallyโ€ ImageImage
KK Chettur wrote on October 20, 1951 that the Japanese government confidentially informed the mission that Bose had with him "substantial quantity of gold ornaments and precious stones, but that he was allowed to carry only two suitcases on the ill-fated flight". Image
The Tokyo Mission head's damning report further stated that Bose "must have carried very much more that has now been handed over to us [by Murti and Ayer], & even if allowances are made for the loss of the part of the treasures when the plane crashed". ImageImage
According to a clipping of the Nippon Times kept in the file, the missing treasure was said to be worth $700,000. The report referred to deep suspicions in the Indian community in Japan with regard to Ayer and Ramamurti, who seemed to have become rich overnight. Image
On November 1, 1955 a further secret report RD Sathe confirms that "Mr Iyer's activities in Japan have been rather suspicious". & PM Jawaharlal Nehru, who had been kept in the loop throughout, as evidenced by several other reports kept in the file Image
Sathe Further revealed damning detail in Letter
& This Letter also an Evidenced PM Nehru has seen this Letter as it is commented in Bottom of Letter.
So In General its Proved That Nehru was aware of All these Loot ๐Ÿ˜‰ ImageImage
The 2 page secret note authored by RD Sathe on 1 November 1951. summed up the story. & Nehru was Aware if This Loot

All that was left of it was 11 kg of gold and 3 kg of gold mixed with molten iron and 300 grams of gold brought by Ayer from Saigon to Tokyo in 1945. ImageImage
Gang of Four :

According to Anuj Dhar โ€œGang of Fourโ€ was responsible for the loot.

Munga Rama Murti of the Indian Independence League
S A Ayer, The Publicity Minister in Boseโ€™s Provisional Govt
Colonel John Figges, the Military Attache at the British embassy at Tokyo

& .... ImageImage
Ayer received a warm welcome by the Prime Minister when he met him in New Delhi on his return from Japan.

Nehru coverups that Ayer was on a covert mission for the government. & Conclusive evidence that Netaji had died in the air crash could help silence government critics. Image
The INA treasure, or what was left of it, was secretly brought into India from Japan. It was inspected by Nehru, who called it a โ€œpoor showโ€œ.

The jewellery was sealed and consigned to the vaults of the National Museum in Delhi. In 1953. Image
The West Bengal government in 1953 passed a resolution asking the Union government to take steps to investigate the fate of the funds left by Netaji and the INA. In response, Nehru sent a detailed action taken report to the chief minister Dr B.C. Roy on October 18, 1953 ImageImage
Most Amazingly Nehru was Ready to share INA funds with Pakistan ImageImage
Only 11 kg of gold and 3 kg of gold mixed with molten iron & 300 grams of gold were brought to India

7,00,000 USD (as of 1951) worth INA War Chest was Looted

The Present Value of Looted INA Treasures is 16 t
Times More than as of 1951 (1$ = 4.76INR in 1951) Image
In 1953, Ayer was appointed Adviser, Integrated Publicity Programme, for Nehruโ€™s Five Year Plan. May Be as An Reward for Looting Image
๐Ÿ‘‰ Just Imagine What Would Have Been Happned if This Treasure was Properly Utilised for Development of India when 1USD was Just 4.76 INR
