Plastic surgeon Dr. Sidhbh Gallagher is promoting the eunuch gender identity, citing guidelines by WPATH devised with input from men in an online forum creating and hosting sadomasochistic written pornography about castrating and raping children.

The content of the site whose administrators advised WPATH's "eunuch gender" guidelines:

It includes torture and bestiality involving minors. A founding member is allegedly a convicted child sexual abuser.
This is Tom Johnson, an academic who advised the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) on "eunuch gender identity" stating in 2014 that girls and young women can identify as eunuchs - as castrated males.

Jones murdered his partner Michael Cutler and changed his name to Karen Louise Lawson by deed poll while in prison.

Five days after he was released, Jones attempted to rape a female shop assistant at a shop which provides lingerie, estrogen, and silicone "female" prosthetics.

A report released by the Canadian Correctional Service in 2022 revealed that 82% of “gender diverse” prisoners with a history of sexual offending were men who identified as "trans women".
Of these men, about half were serving indeterminate sentences, which means they are considered a risk to society and have a poor prognosis for rehabilitation.
Should they be placed in a women's prison, they may be held with a captive population of victims for their entire lives.
"The majority (85%) committed offences that caused death or serious harm to their victim(s) while 70% inflicted psychological harm on their victim(s)."

Male trans 'prostitutes' appeared on an episode of US talk show Jenny Jones which aired in 1992.
The target audience for this program would have been women, especially housewives.
Women who expressed discomfort were told they were rude and were insulted.

The use of hormones within the sex industry goes back decades. In some cases, estrogen was advertised in the back pages of BDSM / cross-dresser fetish magazines. The sexual aspect is obfuscated by the "female mind" narrative.

Two gay men who both attended law school filed a legal complaint against the City of New York arguing that not having access to a woman's reproductive potential is a form of discrimination, and that they are entitled to have the City pay for a "surrogate".
