It was an anti-Hindu bill and would have affected us (Hindus) in ways unimaginable if this law were to be passed and brought in effect. This law was
first brought in 2005 but was heavily opposed and brought again in 2011 and thankfully it wasn't passed. Congress said that in case of violence only the majority would be considered guilty not the minority(read appeasement). If a Hindu woman was assaulted in a riot then it will
