Replying to replies won’t boost your post 75x.

99% of people who copied my thread botched it. I've actually worked on algorithms for 15 years at places like Google.

And I've studied the changes to the algorithm just yesterday. Here's how to ATTACK the latest algorithm: Image
1. The algorithm constructs the feed INDIVIDUALLY for each user

Your tweet does NOT have individual stats.

It has stats on a "per-reader level."

The 75x boost only applies IF the system predicts a 100% probability the SPECIFIC reader will reply AND the author replies to that. Image
2. So here's your point of LEVERAGE:

Increase the probability replies are replied to.

Case 1: The probability a person replies to a specific tweet is 10%, but 0% probability you reply.
→ 10% * 0% * 75x = 0x

Case 2: 100% you reply.
→ 10% * 100% * 75x = 7.5x. Image
3. There is NO direct link penalty

The old de-boost that penalized their existence is GONE.

But, there are still ways links are penalized:

1. Users interact with them less, so their predicted scores are low
2. They reduce your likelihood of getting the 2-min bonus Image
4. The algorithm cares DEEPLY about time spent

As the probability increases that a user spends 2 minutes, you get up to a 10x boost.

It takes 400 words to drive 2 minutes of reading.

So, either:

· Write threads
· Write long tweets
· Or having interesting replies Image
5. Nothing beats QUALITY

The way you are really going to bend the trajectory of your tweet is by getting people who don't normally like or reply to do so.

That will increase the probability of those boosts to other people who are stingy with their love. Image
6. Retweets are still HUGE

The retweet 1x boost shouldn't fool you. It doesn't mean retweets aren't valuable.

They are very valuable.

Yes, you only get a 1x boost if the system predicts a user will retweet. But, the retweet broadcasts your tweet to many more users. Image
7. The algorithm does like videos people WATCH

The .005x boost seems insignificant.

But it can add up over time and on the margin.

It's one of the few "characteristics" that you can easily control to push up your numbers. Image
8. You CAN'T report someone out of the algorithm

The -74x and -369x penalties look ominous.

But if you piss off someone who does lots of reporting, that's not gonna affect the probabilities for others.

It's only if you piss off someone not easily pissed off. Image
The algorithm is CONSTANTLY changing. Just take a look at these commits.

No one else on Twitter is following the GitHub repo as closely as me. Or producing guides as easy to read.

And here's last week's update that 90% of those people never even saw, so they were operating on old information.

Used right, OKRs can be the most powerful product process.

But most orgs completely mess them up.

From driving empowerment to becoming tools for control…

Here’s what you need to know about when to add or remove OKRs: Image
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝗞𝗥𝘀: 𝗔 𝗗𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

The conversation around OKRs reveals a fundamental truth:

Alignment mechanisms aren’t one-size-fits-all.

Take Ramp, for example.

They built a $10B company without OKRs.
Their secret?

→ Exceptional product sense.

→ Metrics so clear that every team understood what success looked like without needing a formal framework.

Now look at Google.

If you want to move from a PM to a product leader, there’s one skill you absolutely need to master:

Product processes.

Here are the 12 most essential ones to drive impact, speed, and quality: Image
𝗢𝗡𝗘 - 𝗢𝗞𝗥𝘀

→ When to Add: When your team is growing fast, shifting priorities, or you need a system to track progress across teams.

→ When to Drop: If OKRs become a never-ending admin task and feel disconnected from day-to-day work, it’s time to simplify.
𝗧𝗪𝗢 - 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝘀

→ When to Introduce: Use them to coach junior PMs or align teams during fast-paced iterations.

→ When to Cut Back: If Product Reviews start stifling creativity or become a micromanagement, it’s time to rethink.

One thing that will remain the same in the 2025 job landscape:

Hiring managers will still ask, "Why this company?"

Nail it, and you’re halfway to landing your dream role.

Here’s how to master this: Image
Over the years, I’ve worked with countless aspiring and senior PMs.

99% of them give a 4/10 answer.

Here’s where they go wrong:

1. Generic fluff → They rattle off buzzwords like “innovative culture” or “market leader.” It’s uninspired.
2. No connection → They talk about the company, but not how they fit into the picture.

3. Vague details → It’s clear they didn’t research. No examples, no depth. Just surface-level compliments.

4. Lack of energy → The delivery feels more like a verbal LinkedIn endorsement.

How do the best product teams ship better and faster without things breaking?

They embed quality into every step of the development process.

Here’s how you can do the same: Image
𝗙𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀

𝗢𝗡𝗘 - 𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

→ When: Right after you’ve done your research and before locking down specs.
→ Why it matters: This is your chance to clarify any confusion, resolve technical risks, and ensure alignment before things snowball.

→ Win: Fewer mid-sprint surprises and last-minute changes.

PMs, you can add at least $50k to your salary by becoming an AI PM.

However, many people miss the mark, making the same mistakes over and over again.

Here are the 7 mistakes to avoid if you want to secure your dream AI role: Image
𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 #𝟭: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿’𝘀 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲

→ Collecting certificates may feel productive, but it’s often just an illusion of progress.

→ Instead of paper chasing, identify a problem, build a prototype, and document your process.
𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 #𝟮: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗱𝗲-𝗣𝗵𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗰 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀

→ Coding helps you to connect with your dev team and independently prototype ideas.

→ Start with Python, build simple models, and soon enough, coding will become your new best friend.

Looking to land a PM role at Google, Amazon, or Meta?

Here’s the truth: It’s not enough to just secure the offer.

You need to nail the team matching process.

Here’s how to land the team (and role) you want: Image
𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗜𝗦 𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗠 𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦?

At top tech companies, landing an offer is only the beginning.

After that, it’s time for team matching: the stage where PMs find their “home base” within the company.

Why this process is crucial for both parties?
Because it ensures that PMs are placed where their skills and expertise can be best leveraged to drive maximum impact and results for the team and the organisation as a whole.

There are two paths here:

→ Sometimes you’re hired for a specific team, like “PM, Instagram Growth.”
