Dominion can’t settle & let Fox get what it wants — which is to resolve the dispute outside of the Court. America deserves to know exactly what happened at Fox & the extent to which they lied. America deserves to know the facts and truth. Dominion, fight until the very end.
We need EVERYONE to be liking and retweeting this and tagging Dominion to make sure they understand NOT to give Fox what it wants. Fight in Court. Don’t cede ground. Democracy requires it.
For context: according to new reporting, Fox wants to settle the dispute out of court. The judge just delayed the trial until Tuesday. Dominion, if you’re listening or see this, DO NOT SETTLE. DO NOT.

I’m tired of the right getting away with their wrongdoing. I’m tired of the right getting away with their lies. I’m tired of the right getting away with their crimes. Have we not learned anything? If we don’t play hardball & take off the gloves, they will never learn.
And it’s not that we can’t play hardball, it’s that we don’t play hardball and that’s what makes me even more outraged and infuriated. Dominion had every advantage in this case. They could’ve sent such a strong message. But they didn’t. And we are all worse off because of it.
As we see clearly with Trump, the entire right-wing ecosystem feels invincible. They feels like the rules don’t apply to them. They feel like they’re above all of us and will never be held accountable. This decision by Dominion only reinforces that. Truly shameful.

What the hell. Marjorie Taylor Greene just said Donald Trump was never racist when describing COVID-19. BS. As an Asian American, that’s offensive. Trump used terms like Kung Flu & China Virus, which led to an huge increase in anti-Asian hate. MTG is a national embarrassment.
What’s even more astonishing is that she said Trump wasn’t racist when describing COVID only to then follow it up with the exact terms he used. These people are absolute idiots & racists. Watch that moment below.
It’s members like MTG, who don’t call out hate when they see it, that make our nation less safe. They normalize hateful & racist rhetoric, which makes all of us worse off. We — and especially those in positions of power — must condemn hate in all its forms. Period.

To Senate Democrats: Republicans will never play by the rules. They will never vote for a replacement of Dianne Feinstein. The only option you have is to call for Dianne Feinstein to immediately resign. Please finally start acting like you are in control of power.

I know a lot of people — even on the left — won’t like this, but what is the point of having a Senator if she’s not even there more than half the time? Senator Schumer should be having talks with Newsom right now to make sure we have a replacement ready to go. We can do this.

Never want to hear another Republican tell me that crime only happens in blue states & cities. Alabama is as Republican as it gets and they have a higher homicide rate than New York City. Spare us the ridiculous arguments and start doing something about gun violence.

Today is a great day for every Democrat to demand an immediate impeachment proceeding for Clarence Thomas after new reporting reveals that he didn't disclose real estate deals with Harlan Crow. Clarence Thomas broke the law & Democrats must play hardball now.
Saying this because new reporting paints an even worse picture of Clarence Thomas's relationship with Harland Crow. Not only did Crow pay for lavish vacations, but he bought property from him. A clear violation of rules. propublica.org/article/claren…
And I hope Democrats also look into Ginni Thomas too. She's no absolved from this at all. They are both compromised and it is time that both are held accountable. This is unacceptable. The problem with the Supreme Court comes from within. Period. Gloves off, Democrats.
