Although the story hunting a drug-addict with a paintball gun definitely has had longer legs. People still tweet at me about it.

It’s funny to think about this because the past is filled with twitter dramas that were “big” at the time but then have been overshadowed.

In 2015 I was hit by a bicyclist and tweeted something like “I hate bicyclist! I wish we could cut their throats!” And it got picked up by some bicycle blog and the reaction felt huge. But now it is like maybe too 25?

In 2014 I made a joke about playing piñata with the bodies of depressed white men who had hanged themselves and it caused an ad boycott of Mother Jones lol and I was forced to write an apology/non-apology.

I spent like a month replying to people “I’m a white man, you fucking idiots!” And then discovered that lots of anti-Semites don’t consider Jews white lol

And then in 2016 I also tried to hang myself and the irony was not lost on me Hahahha

I don’t think I get enough credit for once having a promising career in the respected halls of journalism but then stubbornly insisting on indulging in my own crazy sense of humor publicly on this website to my own financial detriment lol

I like doing my tweets and being myself!!!

Sometimes my tweets are bad and I do think “whoopsidaisy” but there is a truth to them which is they are things I would say if we were together joking in a bar.

Like, I ain’t got no hard feelings to people who hate this twitter account but it is an honest trailer for the real life live show of being friends with me in real life
