GM! What makes #midjourney5 so special is the quality of the outputs when using long prompting. A mini thread🧵👇🏻
This prompt is over 250 words. All the parameters can be changed and replaced to create combinations and generate so diverse images. Prompt has to be structured:
👇🏻
Type of shot / scene / character / action ( repeat if there’s others) / light/ quality output description/ camera style/ type of rendering
Each section of the prompt is divided in subsections that allow you to deep dive in the prompt description for exemple: character> gender/color of skin/ hair/eyes/ mouth / look/ … I personally detail each subsections.
Conclusion: the effects of long prompting allows you to be very precise on the description and get accurate outputs of what you aim for.
Be curious on your environment and make descriptions precisely is a good exercise to progress in prompts making. Less generations better… twitter.com/i/web/status/1…

Hi! Everybody is waiting for The release some of you are getting bored (as I do) and I can notice some nervous feelings out there...
To relax the atmosphere I decided to try some new experiments... the "Salsa Prompting Method"🧵👇 twitter.com/i/web/status/1…
Get one of your favorite prompt, you know, the One with the best composition, texture, lightings,... the One and only, the One you love the most! Here's the result of the prompt that give me more satisfaction recently.
Now add one word that has no connection or which is totally out of context regarding your best prompt. I choose 'Bizarre'... I place it in the middle of the format description at the beginning of the prompt: ' extreme bizarre close up shot'
Talking Hands...
Let's get a quick view on some emotional hands in MJ🧵👇
Yes, hands can tell stories, in a conversational relation, they reveal your emotional state of mind. They also can support your arguments...
When we are making portraits with MJ we many times forget to specify what hands are doing , are they handling an object, are they just supporting an emotion?
Just a short thread As everyone knows hands in Midjourney are quite difficult to master. Hands can tell a story , and make your portraits more expressive. Here some few trials based on the same prompt, trying to recreate different hand signs.Hard stuff. 😥

🙏🏻 Thank you sign 👆🏻👇🏻
🫶🏻 The love hands emoticon … didn’t nailed it but quite near.
Following a great thread by @nickfloats about /describe command which is just mind blowing in analyzing an image… just realized that is pure image to text command!!!😱
First input the image reference👇🏻
2/ the text output! The MJ 🤖offers 4 descriptions… 1-2-3-4… choose one of the four to create a different output which is “inspired by the input image+the bot description”👇🏻Here the four results…
Then as for the /imagine command choose the upscale you prefer or make variations…👇🏻et voilà!
