Witnessing this uncontrollable chaos, Bhagwan Vishnu offered his little finger for Guliga to consume, finally quelling his hunger. But Bhagwan Shiv, realizing Guliga’s destructive power, assigned him a sacred duty—he was to descend to Earth as a KSHETRAPALA, the divine guardian of land and dharma.

Whoever believes in this crap should read this post completely. I will burst every myth of which has been spread over latest verdict on WAQF.

First of all, the Court has refused to strike down or stay the Act, reaffirming the doctrine of “presumption of constitutionality.” Once a law is passed by Parliament, the judiciary assumes it to be valid unless challengers prove that it violates the core pillars of the Constitution.

Over 100 petitions had argued that the Act infringed minority rights, but the Court has made it clear: the Act stands, unless specific clauses are proven ultra vires.

This is a setback for those who sought to invalidate the Act entirely. The Court’s stance allows reform to continue while keeping the door open for constitutional checks.

How Did Nepal Reach Here?
