So I thought of submitting my own because I have a real problem that needs solving 😃

The idea title is:

Current processes involving various BUs like pre-sales, key accounts, internal audit, etc. strain IT & #cybersecurity teams with repetitive tasks, leading to inefficiencies & delays.

I thought an AI-driven solution will result in more efficient processes.

Negative outcomes of current situation:

Proposed solution:

A ChatGPT-enabled platform, allowing BUs to directly query a central database, maintained by IT & cyber teams.

Like a #chatbot.
