Ok.
I'm going to say this slowly one more time.
I get that it's hard to understand this stuff.

If Covid infects your body, the symptoms you experience initially are some of your body's protective defences.

If your body's reaction is 'mild', that's not a good thing.

Temperature?
That's your body, not the virus.

Headache?
That's your body, not the virus.

⛔ Most people wouldn't know a lymphocyte if it bit them on the ass.
⛔ So the chances of them knowing what lymphocytopenia is is next to zero.
⚠️ But if they did, then this should make them furious that they're being repeatedly exposed to repeat Covid infection.

This is from the MSD Manual.

Loads here, but key points...
Lymphocytes (limb foe sites) are white blood cells that fight infection and disease and regulate certain cancers.
Lymphocytopenia is when your body doesn't have as many lymphocytes as it should.

So, again, to each of the people who told me that covid doesn't increase the risk of shingles (herpes zoster if you're fancy), go fork yourself.

Increased risk right across the board, with people who have experienced covid infections almost 3 times as likely to develop disseminated zoster, where the rash covers a larger area of the body.

Seriously, each and every one of you who said this wasn't the case... go fork yourselves.

At our Good Friday Easter service at church, 20 people attended wearing masks, out of just over 100.
We especially set up an area that has extra ventilation and the air quality is constantly monitored.
19 out of 100 might not sound like many, but for England, that's huge.

Of those 20, 3 are undergoing cancer treatment, 3 have other significant vulnerabilities, their families were with them, also masked.
Some others mask too.

I wear a mask the entire time, even when the air quality is great.

If your kid's teacher gets kovd, there's another teacher.
If your postman gets kovd, there's another postman.
But if Sam Smith or Bruce Springsteen or Stevie Nicks gets Kovd, there's only one of them.
