A mentor is a somebody who has gone through the same thing as you. It helps to have someone in the boat with you when you are undertaking something challenging.
The solution is a marketplace for people in tech to find a mentor. Goal is to provide long-term mentorship instead of one-off calls
FREE and voluntary mentors and others paying, I accept both points of view
