We are electric beings living in a liquid capsule.

Lets chat about how we can electrically power the inside of our cells.

Electrolytes simply put are electrically charge minerals.

A THREAD 🧵 ImageImageImageImage
Magnesium and Potassium are both apart of controlling the voltage of the water inside the cell which translates to governing the relaxation point for the cells, muscles, & mood of the body.
Potassium is known as the pacemaker, for its role in the rhythm of the heart, it plays a massive role in the body’s nerve impulses and the muscles electrical potential.
The sodium potassium pump is like the battery aspect of the body and works as a channelling stimulation system to charge our cells, 30% of all the body’s energy comes from this pump.

Magnesium controls the absorption of potassium and sodium.
It is a mineral that over 50% of the population are deficient in. Magnesium is a big player in a lot of things, our sleep effecting our melatonin circulation, the relaxation of muscle helping to prevent cramps, O2 transportation aiding with cardiovascular health.
Magnesium is probably the most versatile mineral often taken before sleep or a long intense workout.

• Let’s discuss the nutrients’ function across the human lifespan.
These two minerals are important to keep track of throughout our lifetime as they don’t stay absorbed in the body for long, unlike calcium sodium, and iron. We really should be keeping a better eye on our daily intake of these minerals.
Their roles are for charging our body’s and providing it with a quality energetic output.

Potassium creates the rhythm for the heart, it is incredibly involved with cellular charge and the sodium potassium pump aka our body’s battery.
This effects our powerhouse cells the mitochondria impacting its functioning capability immensely.

Potassium effects the charges of our cells and the power with the water inside and out.
This charge is a major contributor to the relaxation mechanisms involved with the muscles and stimulation impulses for the nerves.
Magnesium is all about relaxation of the body and working in unison with other minerals, one being calcium, which is involved with muscle contraction. The others being the controls of Na/K+ and their absorption efficiencies supporting kidney function.
An important contributor to longevity is blood flow and magnesium is brilliant for blood flow carrying quality oxygen throughout the body.
You may be asking what factors contribute to increased needs or depletion during the lifespan?

You lose 70% of your magnesium every 24 hours, therefore a person should think to consume over the average daily recommendation.
The DRI are also the bare minimum to potentially avoid deficiencies for an average individual. Lifestyle factors are simple yet consistent throughout so many individual daily lives.
You really just have to look to a lot of the major health issues today and they will lead to a deficiency of 2 major factors. The leading one would be all the empty calories such as refined sugars and grains.
Number two is phytates foods such as oats or wheat, are located in the fibre of grains and work against you in some ways, they bind the magnesium and do not let you absorb it leading to our third issue.
Kidney damage alters your body’s ability to absorb magnesium inside and outside the cells water disrupting the transportation of magnesium and calcium across cell membranes creating build ups.

Lets get into geek mode and analyze a study on the benefits.
In this paper there was a main focus on four diseases and disorders in which magnesium might be involved in positively influences hypertension and cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis, and migraine headaches.
This NIH study had two well conducted cohort studies on individuals with type two diabetes where they found a positive development in their metabolic process lowering both weight and blood pressure.
They found in separate studies that magnesium is involved in bone formation and influences the activities of osteoblasts and osteoclasts.
Its effect on the concentrations of both the parathyroid hormone and active form of vitamin D absorption which play a major role in regulators of bone homeostasis.
In an evidence-based guideline update from the American Academy of Neurology and American Headache Society concluded magnesium should be considered as a probably effective treatment for migraine prevention.
Hypertension out of all of the major risk factor for heart disease and stroke has been studied the most. Studies have found that magnesium supplementation lowers blood pressure, to only a small extent.
A meta-analysis of 12 clinical trials found that magnesium supplementation for 8–26 weeks in 545 hypertensive participants resulted in a small reduction (2.2 mmHg) in diastolic blood pressure.

Milk Thistle should be viewed as a wonder herb.

Its senescent clearing properties are showing anti-aging effects.

Herbs fundamentally, plants or their parts are used to treat an array of physiological disorders due to the presence of many phytochemical & medical properties.
Silybum marianum commonly known as Milk Thistle has been used by the Chinese for many years to treat liver diseases due to its strong hepatoprotective, & hedonic response. The active ingredient in milk thistle is called silymarin which is extracted from the plants seeds.
It is really this silybium & silyamuran that yield an enormous amount of power antioxidants & phytochemicals drastically reducing free radicals, & helping the flow of fluids.

Explore the diverse contemporary practice of Naturopathy and Western Herbal Medicine and its historical influences.

A THREAD 🧵 ImageImage
Most if not, all believe that medicine for the western culture really started to structuralize once Greek Philosopher Hippocrates got involved. He developed the Hippocratic school of medicine which laid the foundation for health practices today.
The concepts were to look at the whole person, find the root cause and treat it through natural means. Most if not, all believe that medicine for the western culture really started to structuralize once Greek Philosopher Hippocrates got involved.

Your attention is how you dispose your consciousness onto the world, therefore ones own creation is their observation.

Zero attention = no ability to observe thus creating future health issues.

So, let's discuss the 20 years of top secret military studies done on bio peptides.
The next cutting-edge anti aging technology is a simple chain of amino acids.

Working as the epigenetics of food

They act as gene switches for humans and are essential for quality hormonal control.
A BIO regulating peptide is different from a peptide:

Taken orally as a supplement with the purpose of providing an active peptide designed for a targeted area to communicate with specific sections of your DNA to initiate gene expression, protein synthesis & cell regeneration.

The cancer risks of the common shroom.

A THREAD 🧵

Here is why I will be significantly cutting down my intake of Agaricus bisporus commonly known as button mushroom, cremini, portobello or chestnut mushrooms ImageImageImageImage
Like many other mushrooms, biomolecules in them have shown antioxidant, anti-cancer, anti-diabetic and anti-cholesterol properties.

A. bisporus extracts have been shown to suppress the growth of prostate cancer cells in mice.
"White button mushroom (Agaricus bisporus) exhibits antiproliferative and proapoptotic properties and inhibits prostate tumor growth in mice (prostate tumors were 71% smaller than control mice)

However, It's important to always look into who funds the research or paper...🤔
