The @ussoccer Audited statements for Fiscal Year 2023 have been released. The Open Cup operating budget is always listed as a line item, as the USOC policy provides for that.

Before we state the numbers, context is key. #USOC2024 1/
This is the operating budget of Open Cup from the time period of April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023. The operating budget comprises of
Revenues: Hosting fees and entry fees
Expenses: Mainly travel reimbursements and prize money, but there are other minor things.

Performance bonds are not included as that is in an escrow account separate from the Open Cup account.

Broadcast and sponsorship money is also not a part of this, that is a separate line item and is comingled with all revenue from USNTs and other properties. #USOC2024
