The arrest came only a day before Biden visited Mexico for the North American Leaders’ Summit (Three Amigos), triggering speculation that the arrest was made for Biden’s benefit or at his request. Mexico’s Foreign Affairs minister denied that the arrest was related to the visit.

So disappointed Sen. @DickDurbin is playing the straw man of “comprehensive immigration reform.” Securing our borders does NOT require new legislation. It requires Biden to secure the border. Biden and Mayorkas’ open border policies endanger migrants and Americans. #FloridavUSA
Senator @LindseyGrahamSC, why is US doing nothing to warn migrants of deadly risks of migration? Why are we still actively encouraging migrants to come via Biden’s illegal open border policies? Why aren’t we countering foreign propaganda? Will DHS comply with court #FloridavUSA?
Biden offering to “surge resources” to every problem is reckless and wrong, and will serve to enhance the chaos and deepen the deficit, not solve the problems. DHS has funds budgeted for walls and infrastructure, yet it’s storing building materials rather than enhancing security.
