We're at the calling for executions of trans folks and the people that support them stage. This isn't actually asking a question, this is incitement, especially when all the blue check replies are gleefully replying they want to execute trans people. ImageImage
The entire reply section is full of Twitter blue users saying trans people and their allies should be executed, some even wanting to be executioner. ImageImageImageImage
And people keep trying to shame me about #BlockTheBlue. This is what blue checks mean for trans people on this site. Contributing financially to this site is selling out the trans community.

BREAKING: Disney has sued Florida for unconsitutional retaliation on its 1st amendment rights of free expression and free speech. Additional claims include Takings Clause and Contract Clause violations.

With state legislative sessions coming to a close and this site becoming a worse hell scape, I'm going to start moving away from Twitter. My calculus has always been whether I can do more good with my advocacy than harm by propping up this site. That's no longer the case.
It's becoming increasingly clear that this site is becoming overrun with fascists openly calling for violence against trans people, people of color, immigrants, Jewish folks, and people with disabilities. It's no longer justifiable to continue to contribute to the site.
Seeing open calls for the execution of trans people and their families and allies is something that is just too beyond the pale to ignore.

I've been getting bomb threats for months now via email. The most recent was a targeted threat against Dylan Mulvaney sent to me.

It's very clear that the extremists on the far right are turning to banning all gender affirming care entirely for adults. They mean it when they say they want us eradicated.

117 infants die every year from circumcision but these people aren't interested in that.

They're singling out this case to make it seem like gender affirming care is more dangerous than any other type of care when that's not even remotely true.
