Last month, a sign of a split in the siblings’ defense emerged.

An attorney repr'ing just Ivanka asked the judge to delay the trial. The letter claimed, "The complaint affirmatively alleges that other individuals were responsible for those tasks.”

The break became clearer last week.

On Tues, the attorneys rep'ing just Ivanka withdrew.

Three days later, a new lawyer told the court he was taking over as Ivanka’s counsel and the attorneys she shared with her brothers were no longer doing so.

He previously represented the estate of Jeffrey Epstein.

Today NY AG Letitia James filed a motion for a preliminary injunction "seeking several measures to stop Mr. Trump and the Trump Organization’s ongoing fraudulent scheme and ensure funds are available to satisfy any disgorgement award..."

John Ratcliffe is terminating his congressional campaign.

But not before it paid his wife $43,500.

And paid $11,000 to the firm that designed his personal website.

And repaid him $225,00 for a loan.

She doesn't appear to have any other campaign-finance experience.

The campaign paid her $43,500 to manage its sleepy books.

That's 36% of its total spending.

I found no evidence the firm did any work for his campaign.

But that firm did design his personal site.

Yesterday's article, BTW, was at least the third time I've had the pleasure of analyzing a Trump property's carpet.

In April 2018, the border of the carpet helped ID that Maine Gov. Paul LePage was at the Trump Hotel DC.
