ChatGPT saves HOURS of work

If you know the right prompts

Here are 5 prompts you can use everyday to save time:

(Bookmark for later) 🧵
1. Summarize

Prompt: "Summarize this article into a list of the most crucial details in bullet form."

Use case: Get the most important information from long articles to save time. Image
2. Rewrite for beginners

Prompt: "Rewrite the answer as if I were a beginner."

Use case: When an answer is too technical or difficult to comprehend, use ChatGPT to dumb it down to make it simpler to grasp.

*I asked it to simplify the explanation of quantum physics for me: Image
3. Brainstorming

Prompt: Come up with 20 trending ideas for a Twitter thread on recent breaking AI news.

Use case: If you're short on ideas, ask ChatGPT to think for you. Image
4. Revise my text

"Edit the following text. I'm writing it for my [newsletter/paragraph/essay]."

[paste text]"

Use [tone]/[persona] to convey the message.

Use case: Always get ChatGPT's feedback on your work before sending it to an editor. Image
5. Style change

Prompt: "Change the writing style of the text to [tone] [paste text]"

I found that using the voice of Mark Manson, or George RR Martin helps. (Use a persona)

Use case: Quickly make an informative paragraph entertaining and easy to read. Image
