Malaysian short sighted economists, analysts and Real Estate brokers keep asking Government to liberalise highly distortive MM2H programme where even low quality foreigners could get ten year visa with property purchase in Malaysia when properties remain unaffordable to Msians.
Look at what Singapore is doing to foreigners buying property there. There is a 60% stamp duty. Image
They strictly do not allow speculation in property market to get ahead of economic reality. This way, they closely guard against housing bubble and ensure that Singaporean citizens' properties always appreciate in value but gradually.

They stole not only the US$700 mil transferred to Goodstar but the entire US$1.8 - US$1.9 billion were stolen by these bastards and converted into a so called "Islamic" loans or "I Owe You" Promissory Notes ("Mudharabah"). They not only raba-raba dengan mudah but they rogol us.
Pencuri Geng Najib dan Jho Low curi curi juga tapi mesti guna branding "Islamik". Orang Melayu dan Cina macam ini lah kita kena tentang habis-habisan.
The reason they converted into Promissory Notes because the auditors EY asked too many questions about the investment in shares in 1MDB-Petrosaudi JV and they were sacked by Najib promptly.

When Muslims were poor, they ruled 2/3rd of the Known Civilised World. Why? Because they had honesty.
Now most Muslim nations are blessed with extreme wealth from natural resources. However, many of their leaders are autocrats and corrupt, except a few that include Malaysia, Indonesia, Bosnia, Kosovo for now. Last two, formed with the help of US and NATO.
Would Muslims not learn lesson from what happened to the Jews repeatedly throughout history as told not only in the Quran but also in the bible?

The @theedgemalaysia finally picks up the courage to write about the 1MDB final phase of money laundering done using Kuwait. The amount stolen through China Government companies projects in Malaysia such as ECRL amounted to US$7 billion! (RM31.57 BILLION!!!)
This is a mind boggling amount for which @SPRMMalaysia has not given any comprehensive account as to what happened here and why Najib and others involved in this matter are not investigated despite their superficial claim that they had cooperated wt Kuwait
The cover up phase of the 1MDB scandal executed with the help of China Government ex Vice Minister for Public Security, Sun Lijun involves a staggering sum, which is as big sum as the original looting from 1MDB.

There is no reason for Government to cry that they don't have any money but on the other end, they give wanton tax exemption to the very wealthy in the society. Recent EV tax exemption for imported cars is definitely one of it.
RM4.8 billion tax exemption to Genting, who is involved in gaming business. What a monumental waste.
12 year 100% tax exemption to Lynas, which pollutes our land. This was the work of Kleptocrat Najib.
