Dobbs is a violation of 14th Amendment: right to LIFE (pregnancy/childbirth INHERENTLY risky), LIBERTY (can’t leave infant ALONE), PROPERTY (Child over home). UNEQUAL: men NOT similarly handicapped by STATE.

14th Amendment was AMENDED ITSELF—twice. Section 2 gave WHITE MALES right to vote. Required passing 15th Amendment (oops, meant BLACK MALES, too). And 50 YEARS later (ooops, meant FEMALEs, too). Section 1 NOW NEEDS AMENDMENT. Person/Citizen MEANS women, too.

The Equal Rights Amendment IS that correction to the 14th Amendment of the Constitution. Just as the 19th Amendment was necessary to give women the vote, so is the ERA to give women the EQUAL protection of the LAW. That NO State CAN DENY a woman to LIFE, LIBERTY & Property.

Dobbs decision reinstates Woman’s subjugation. Biblical times where MEN owned WOMEN, treasured them—OR, beat, imprisoned, raped, sold, killed them—are OVER. Laws like alimony, child support, prohibition child marriage NOT ENOUGH. Need EQUAL protection per 14th Amendment.

Dobbs decision also VIOLATES 13th Amendment prohibiting INDENTURED SERVITUDE. What’s that? It’s making them WORK without pay. It’s BREEDING people for additional PROPERTY for the plantation/State. SURROGATE MOTHERS get PAID. CHILDCARE providers get PAID: it’s a JOB.

13th Amendment ENDED indentured servitude AND slavery. PROHIBITED men “owning” and “impregnating” indentured servants/slaves TO INCREASE their profit/property. Supreme Court returns nation to FORCIBLY breeding POPULATION to gain representation in Congress (14th Amendment).

This NAKED expression to GAIN white population is NOT hidden. Concern over birthrate/# of WHITE VOTERs is palpable. THIS has zero to do with concern for children. STATES and STATE taxpayers are LOATHE to “TITHE MORE” in taxes to FEED/CLOTHE/HOUSE/EDUCATE other people’s kids.

In 1700’s, MEN understood that to OWN slaves/indentured servants—one HAD TO BE RICH. They MUST BE housed, fed, medically treated, trained/educated to work. TODAY? These WEALTHY men & women are IGNORING THESE SELF-EVIDENT TRUTHS. Under guise of RELIGION & CARING about women/kids.

Republicans banning of abortion CREATES MORE ISSUES than it solves. There ARE means to prevent unwanted pregnancy. Safe reproductive care EXISTS. Women WILL die. It is SHOCKING that STATES may violate 14th Amendment & DETERMINE for women they MUST risk their lives to give birth.

China similarly FORCED reproductive policy: PROHIBITED FAMILIES from having more than one child w/ disastrous results: not ENOUGH women a generation later to mate. If govt. can force GAIN in population, can also FORCE decrease. CONSTITUTION prohibits State denying right to LIFE.

Past State policies also allowed sterilization of those deemed disabled/mentally incompetent. In addition to Eugenics: States determined COST of care for these people made sterilization desirable. Dobbs assures FOSTER CARE for unwanted kids—some LIFELONG.

IF the Supreme Court determined that the 14th Amendment DID NOT CONFER reproductive rights on WOMEN—maybe it’s TIME that the CONSTITUTION does so. WOMEN are the MAJORITY: FIFTY PERCENT OF THE POPULATION. And, currently living under a Constitution that doesn’t GUARANTEE them LIFE.

Constitution when written gave no consideration of woman’s participation in government, or her BIOLOGY. 50 years AFTER the black man, 19th Amendment amended Section 2 of 14th Amendment & CONFIRMED women citizens allowed to VOTE.

It is TIME to AMEND Section 1 of 14th to EXPLICITLY STATE women are guaranteed EQUAL protection of the law. EQUAL right to LIFE (childbirth inherently life-threatening), LIBERTY (childcare limits liberty), PROPERTY (childbirth/care financially draining). #EqualRightsAmendment

Female CITIZENS (50% of U.S. citizens) CANNOT depend on the Supreme Court, or States—to RULE that women’s rights are—or are not—included in Constitution. WHO benefits from decision to terminate abortions? The STATE. Gains more representation in Congress. #EqualRightsAmendment
