There were 2 drones which flew from different directions. 1st one caused some fire, second one didn't. Check the clock: 1st one is 2.27, 2nd one 2.43. The video with the people climbing the dome is indeed the 2nd drone (no fire caused).
Video with people climbing also was filmed by CCTV (and the guy just filmed the playback on a screen, so it doesn't say anything about him being prompted to start recording by the 1st drone - but the Spasskaya tower clock on TVC video confirm that this was indeed the 2nd drone).
The most interesting thing for me here is the fact that 2.27 AM drone flew from the opposite direction in comparison with 2.43 AM one. Check the small white dot on the left.
I'm not a video editing master, but this is the zoomed in and slowed down video of the dot which is the first drone flying from the left.
Aftermath of the strikes can be clearly seen on this photo:
🧵1/6. I precisely geolocated this train derailment in Bryansk oblast, Russia, and can show you the aftermath as it was caught nearly live by Planet.com satellite imagery.
2/6 First, I geolocated the repair works video which was published today (t.me/telerzd/3027), thanks to the YouTube video filmed from a train and uploaded 8 months ago (). 52.848286, 32.717822
3/6 This is the only place east of the Unecha station where wires cross the tracks. After this point, a line of three parallel wires starts on the right side. Also, in the video, you can see a sign that says '136 km,' which matches the official reports.(t.me/belta_telegram…).
🧵Pentagon leak: Russian National Guards personnel shortfalls in Ukraine will probably hinder Moscow’s attempts to fully secure all of its annexed territories.
As per another document, dated late February 2023 and reviewed by @SvobodaRadio, in August 2022, the Russian National Guard had at least 27,500 troops stationed in Ukraine, and it has suffered significant personnel losses since then.
National Guard units, the memo says, have taken on numerous additional missions to hold territory behind the frontline, amplifying their personnel needs.

Another leaked document, dated February 28th and reviewed by @SvobodaRadio, reveals that these efforts might be ongoing despite recent public revelations about such activities.
There have been several warnings about Russia's attempts to intervene in Moldova's internal politics. On February 13th, Moldova's President, @sandumaiamd, directly accused Russia of attempting to overthrow the pro-EU government. theguardian.com/world/2023/feb…
🧵/ Exclusive: Rumors of a new Russian offensive from Belarusian territory were part of a coordinated masking operation by the Russian Main Operational Directorate (GOU) of the General Staff, according to Pentagon Leaks⬇️
The GOU reported successful operational masking efforts in Belarus against Ukraine between 3 and 10 of February. The officials claimed they successfully convinced Ukrainian intel of the possibility of a joint RU-BY offensive from Belarusian territory.
Ukrainian reactions to the deployment of Russian 6th Air Defense Army units to Belarus, transfer of Iskander-M divisions and changing the focus of training activities from defensive to offensive were regarded by Russian MoD as a 'success' of this masking operation.
🧵/ link in the last tweet. T-62s were too modern for you to see in Ukraine? Now Russia is moving its T-54/55 tanks to the front line, as @CITeam_en finds out from the photos obtained from their source. @planet satellite imagery corroborates this claim.
The train with T-54/55s departed from 1295th Central Base of Repairs and Storage of Tanks in Arsenyev, Primorsky Krai. Now it’s still on its way somewhere in the European part of Russia.
These tanks were designed even before WWII ended and were officially in service in Soviet Army since 1948 (!)
🧵/ link in the last tweet. On March 8th, @SkyNews published an article about 2 Russian cargo ships which allegedly shipped 100 million bullets and 300,000 shells from Iran to Russia. Together with @pustota we found photos made on board of one of them during that trip.
The ship is "Musa Jalil" (ex Laima, ex Crystal, ex Daugavpils), which according to SkyNews and @MarineTraffic traveled from Iranian port of Amirabad to Russian port of Astrakhan from Jan. 10th to Jan. 27th.
We found a VK profile of a guy working on "Musa Jalil". Back in November ’22 he took a photo with Russian KamAZ trucks on board this ship in Astrakhan before leaving for Iran ("Musa" is just written on one of the trucks).
