Tired of cooking the same thing each week?

Instead, follow this framework and you'll always be able to create healthy dishes and never run out of ideas:
Healthy Home Cooking Framework 💪:

1. Pick a seasoning technique
2. Apply it to a lean protein
3. Choose a form factor
4. Add toppings

This will help you make varied meals AND use up pantry and fridge items to stop wasting leftover ingredients from recipes. Image
Here's each step explained:

1/4 Pick a seasoning flavor profile 🌶

This could be a dry rub (like blackened or cajun seasoning), a sauce (like a stir fry sauce or a wing sauce), or a marinade (spices in oil & vinegar).

Storebought or homemade is fine.
2/4 Apply the seasoning to a lean protein like chicken breast, fish or lean ground meat 🐓

For dry seasonings, generously cover the meat before searing.

Sauces or marinades can be tossed with the protein before AND after cooking.
3/4 Choose a form factor 🌮

This could be a tostada, sandwich, flatbread wrap, tacos, or just over rice or pasta.

Add your meat and toss in a bunch of veggies too.
4/4 Add toppings to bring the dish home 🥗

This could be extra sauces, condiments, spices, crunchy items, or more vegetables like pickled onions, shredded lettuce, or diced tomatoes.

Adding acidic elements will greatly improve the flavor and balance of the dish.
Then pick a different path on the framework to come up with a new dish. Endless variations await.
