🧵It's FEAR that caused 2020's excess mortality, not a VIRUS. Find out why and how in this eye-opening THREAD. Image
#2 Fear is our body's alarm system. When we sense danger, the stress hormone cortisol floods our body, doing 2 things:
▪️ Puts non-essential systems like digestion on pause
▪️ Boosts functions that could help us escape or confront the danger - faster heart rate for faster running Image
#3 Chronic fear initiates a sustained activation of the body's stress response system. A key player is the hormone cortisol, which is released by the adrenal glands. In normal circumstances, cortisol plays a crucial role in maintaining metabolism and immune response regulation. Image
#4 However, when cortisol levels remain chronically elevated due to persistent fear or stress it can have negative effects on the body. One significant impact is on the immune system. Cortisol has immunosuppressive effects, meaning it can reduce the activity of the immune system. Image
#5 This makes sense in acute stress situations, where energy needs to be conserved for immediate survival rather than long-term defense. But with chronic fear, this sustained immunosuppression can lead to increased susceptibility to infections and slower wound healing. Image
#6 Additionally, about 70% of our immune system resides in the gut, in what's known as the gut-associated lymphoid tissue (GALT). Chronic fear and stress can disrupt the balance of bacteria in the gut, leading to dysbiosis, an imbalance in bacterial composition. Image
#7 This imbalance can compromise the gut-associated lymphoid tissue and overall immune function, further increasing vulnerability to disease. Image
#8 Another potential consequence of chronic fear is the induction of cytokine storms. Cytokines are small proteins released by cells that have a specific effect on the interactions and communications between cells (bit.ly/3BcsCOG). Image
#9 Normally, they help modulate the body's response to disease. However, excessive or uncontrolled levels of certain cytokines, known as a cytokine storm, can be harmful and lead to severe inflammation and tissue damage, which may cause multi-organ failure and can be fatal. Image
#10 So, we have learned that chronic fear has profound effects on our body's physiology, particularly on the immune system. It underscores the importance of managing stress and fear in our lives for our overall health and well-being.
#11 Given this knowledge, how should we have responded to a potentially deadly pandemic, aware that fear and stress compromise the immune system? The correct approach - calmly. This is foundational medical knowledge. Every government expert knows these metabolic processes. Image
#12 However, the opposite was the case. Governments in Germany, the UK, and other countries had teams of experts write ‘panic papers’ on how best to frighten the population. A 24/7 fear campaign took place in the media.
#13 My take is that without PCR tests, there would not have been a single Covid case (they would have been passed off as flu-like infections), and without the incitement of fear and panic, there would have been no significant excess mortality. Image
#14 Even though the virus was found in sewage in Spain in March 2019 (reut.rs/3NXdSuz) and in Brazil in October 2019 (bit.ly/44ZmPtB), the pandemic and its excess mortality only broke out after @DrTedros made that huge @WHO announcement.
#15 So why didn't the allegedly highly contagious wild-type of the virus spread before, and why did people only start dying from March 20th onwards? Because the media is the virus, and people who were already weak started dying due to the immunosuppressive issues explained above. Image
#16 This is underpinned by a study published by @TheLancet found that doubling the serum cortisol levels was associated with a 42% increase in mortality after adjusting for age, comorbidities, and laboratory tests. thelancet.com/journals/landi…
#17 As we approach the close of the second year of "the unvaccinated will be dead by March," one question lingers: How have so many unvaccinated people managed to survive? And to what extent have such statements contributed to instilling fear and terror in people? Image
#18 And let's always remember that all predictions made by government experts turned out to be incorrect and only served to instill fear and panic, which in turn made the population both more vulnerable and compliant. ImageImageImageImage
#19 Other applied ‘pandemic responses’ (i.e. measures) included closing sports clubs, which demonstrably also leads to elevated cortisol levels. Image
#20 In addition, reduction of social contacts and isolation of people, especially the elderly, is proven to be counterproductive and increases the level of chronic stress. Image
#21 "Stay Inside" was another directive from governments worldwide. This not only had a negative impact on physical activity but also on vitamin D levels in the blood. And, as you might guess, this in turn influenced cortisol levels. Image
#22 Furthermore, the "stay home" orders greatly boosted food delivery and thus the fast food industry. Consumption of unhealthy foods (due to sugars, carbohydrates, trans fats, and omega-6 fatty acids) also raises the cortisol level in the bloodstream. Image
#23 CLOSING STATEMENT: The measures I mentioned above were all counterproductive. Every expert and doctor is aware of this, as these metabolic mechanisms are taught in basic medical courses. Both the panic spread by the media and all (!!!) applied measures led to a chronic… twitter.com/i/web/status/1… Image

🧵THREAD: What if I told you the real pandemic isn't Covid? Image
#2 The real pandemic is the indoctrination of young people through left-leaning educational institutions.

FACT: All of the top 25 universities in the country were mandating that their students be vaccinated (bit.ly/3Mc1RQC).
#3 The real pandemic is the mainstream media's biased reporting, which perpetuates misinformation and division.

FACT: Mainstream media was actively discriminating against the unvaccinated and pushing the narrative. Critical journalists got dismissed. Image

🧵THREAD: Proof that masks worked during Covid. Image
#2 Masks did work during the pandemic, but not in the way they were communicated. They were used as a social conditioning tool to remind everybody of an alleged deadly pandemic. They were a daily reminder of an invisible enemy that turned out to be much less deadly than claimed. ImageImageImageImage
#3 Already during the Spanish flu, it was claimed that masks would reduce transmission by 99%. However, studies suggest that wearing them for a long time caused bacterial pneumonia back in 1918 (bit.ly/42bRlOU). ImageImage

🧵THREAD: In 2015, the Nobel Prize in Medicine was awarded to William C. Campbell and Satoshi Ōmura for their discovery of Ivermectin. This broad-spectrum anti-parasitic drug has been extensively used to treat infections caused by numerous parasites.

In the award ceremony… twitter.com/i/web/status/1…
#2 In fact, among all treatments, IVM has been demonstrated to be the most effective, showing a 63% improvement. In contrast, the potentially harmful Remdesivir, which costs $3,200 and is thus 3,200 times more expensive than IVM, has been promoted by Fauci and his colleagues. Image
#3 Ivermectin's low cost is just one reason for its vilification. The risk of people being healthier during a pandemic than before was likely decisive. Who'd get vaccinated if ivermectin eased fears? Hence, a media smear campaign was required. (h/t @Plandemic3Movie)

🧵THREAD: Vaccine Overdose – When Enough is Never Enough

A man in Germany got 87 COVID vaccine doses, and yet, many people didn't even get one. The world truly is a fair place. twitter.com/i/web/status/1… Image
#2 Holy cow, it's a wonder he's still alive! Image
#3 'Fear, panic, and 10 vaccine doses.' Sounds more like the recipe for a dystopian sci-fi novel to me. Image

A man named @MattGertz from Media Matters (@mmfa) just shared this leaked video attempting to discredit Tucker Carlson and portray him negatively. However, the posted clip seems to have the opposite effect, making him appear even more sympathetic.
Hey @MattGertz - if media truly mattered, as you seem to suggest, why aren't you outraged that @CNN has admitted to manipulating public opinion regarding Covid and climate issues?
By the way, meet @AlyssaRosenberg, the wife of @MattGertz, who's attempting to slander @TuckerCarlson. Why am I not surprised that people who view Tucker as a threat to the media share and spread such a twisted and alarming mindset!? Image

Hey @AlastairMcA30, two years ago you claimed that the experimental gene therapy was 100% effective and had no side effects. Have you already apologized to the millions of surviving victims, or are you just ignoring the consequences of your words? Image
You won't be able to avoid this forever, @AlastairMcA30. Eventually, your past statements will catch up with you – like this one where you mockingly dismissed vaccine injuries as "unimportant nonsense." Image
Even with your claim about herd immunity through vaccination, you were completely off the mark, just like almost everything you've said over the past 3 years. Instead of showing remorse, you continue to attack those who have ultimately been proven right. Why is that, Alastair? Image
