The problem is...this is actually the least of what you should be worried about.

The #Lib2023 policies pave a path to Socialism inside of Canada...spelling out the complete destruction of Canada as you knew it.

I am going to start off, in their order of priorities from their Socialist Manifesto with Point #1...

Welp...if this was your intent for the night, I've got some bad news.

That's NOT what this policy lays out.

In fact, it's the complete opposite. The policy states:

WHEREAS the Government of Canada has the goal of building 160,000 new homes; improving access to safe, stable, sustainable and affordable housing; and reducing chronic homelessness by 50 percent by 2027-28.

By building 160k houses.

Seems like a reasonable goal...however...we are in a housing crisis, RIGHT NOW!

And to make matters worse, last year we imported over 1 Million immigrants into Canada, for 2023, this number is an additional 1.5 million people. Total - 2.5 million.

The math on this says that if we build 160k houses to provide housing for 2.5 Million people, there would need to be 16 people to a home just to get us BACK to where we were, in a housing crisis in 2021.

And the targeted date, sometime in 2027-28.

This doesn't actually address

homelessness...it only addresses the housing needs to get us back to a year and a half ago, in 5-6 years from now, without addressing homelessness.

Does this seem like a plausible solution?

NO. It completely fucking does NOT!

But who is supposedly going to build these houses?

During a Labour shortage in the country...

And how much is this going to cost Taxpayers...during a cost of materials hike...while we are paying additional carbon taxes on the costs of transport?

And...who can actually afford to buy them?

You see...the situation is like this at current.

There are a lot of mortgages up for renewal this year and of those, there are an estimated 62% of people that will not be able to requalify for their mortgages because of interest rates. To make matters worse, those forced

to sell their homes, wouldn't qualify to RENT the home that they currently OWN.

It's like this. To ensure quality renters, property owners are prequalifying tenants based on their income. In this, they will require 3x the rent payment to be proven by your income statements.

Meaning...if you want to rent a single apartment in Toronto or Vancouver...or half a home in Calgary, for $2600/mo, you will need to show $7,800 in monthly income, just to be able to qualify to be considered as a candidate.

Your choice on places where you can move your family, now that you can no longer qualify to own your home, is limited. You will be forced to live in smaller accommodations, outside of your current community, away from schools that your children go to.

But don't fret.

The people who tell you that, "The budget will Balance Itself", have assured you that 5 years from now...

STOP.

This is only the beginning of the Socialist Manifest put out by the same people who have negatively impacted your life for the last 3 years.

They are out of touch

with Canadians and REALITY, wholesale!
