It means when we get 1 kg Uranium from mines, it contains 993 gm Ur238 and 7 gm Ur235

Now what are this Ur238 and Ur235

They are two isotopes of Uranium Image

143 neutrons

Ur238 contains
92 electrons
92 protons
146 neutrons

So Ue235 has 3 neutrons less than Ur238
And this nuclear structure makes it highly unstable
