Today, TX House will be attempting to consider #SB14, which would ban gender-affirming medical treatments for trans minor, for the third time. The bill is last on the 7-page House’s calendar so we won’t be getting to it for a while. #txlege @TexasTribune bit.ly/3o0e2GP

This morning, LGBTQ Texans and their allies are planning to march to the South steps of the Capitol to protest #SB14. Supporters for the bill, wearing red shirts that say "save Texas kids" are already in the building. Some also sang & prayed before entering the gallery. #txlege

Dems, including the 9 openly LGBTQ lawmakers, are also planning to read stories of trans youth who would be affected by #SB14. And Dems have delayed debates on this twice via points of order, so we can probably expect to see more of them today. #txlege bit.ly/3VW0SYa
