There are a number of these kinds of accounts out there and they sew various narratives designed to create confusion, apathy, and misery: it's extremely sinsiter
When these accounts were established varies in my experience: but, pay close attention to what they say,and their photos and so on and you can quickly see these accounts often don't add up.

There's a concerted effort to stop people from getting help and trying that things that may help them: for LC and actually many other other chronic illnesses: especially I see this in LC though: if people can have just a 20% improvement that's a huge benefit and not be sneered… twitter.com/i/web/status/1…
There's something beyond evil about the way that there's so many who are determined to squash any form of help for LC: and I can't go into details, but is something that is so abhorrent it's hard to describe:it's a concerted and organised effort, that's all I will say
Really is just like every aspect of Covid: think of how much people could benefit just from having oxygen when they actually need it: instead of being left for days—months—years—gasping for air: its that level of cruelty and needless suffering that typifies this whole thing

agree: unfortunately many Drs, especially in the UK, are terrified of off label, as such creative means may be required
And @DogsBestPeople that's actually the dream Dr there: do you just take the meds we have on here and ask for them? lol.
My personal view is both of those mentioned are wonder drugs and can prevent a lot of suffering.

I've yet to see anybody who can even get Novavax: unfortunately, it faces a hard time because it's not owned by black rock unlike the other major vaccines so it's lead to a lot of struggles
