Man sollte solche technischen Entwicklungen auch immer im Hinterkopf haben, wenn man die Pläne der Bundesregierung verfolgt, private Chatnachrichten ihrer Bürger automatisch auszuwerten. #chatkontrolle

Das gefälschte Video zu den Klimaklebern, das im MDR gezeigt wurde, zeigt wieder einmal: Man braucht zur Manipulation von Medien keine tollen KI-Technologien. Es reicht schon eine gesunde Portion Skrupellosigkeit.
Den Hergang würde ich gerne einmal im Detail aufgeklärt sehen. Das Dementi ist lächerlich.
Das Video mit der plump gefälschten Tonspur ist auf dem Youtube-Kanal "MDR Investigativ" nach wie vor online, obwohl das Problem dem MDR längst bekannt ist.

Der chinesische Entwurf zur KI-Regulierung scheint mir dem recht nahe zu kommen, was sich Regierungskreise in Deutschland auch erhoffen.
Die Übersetzung kann ja dann ChatGPT übernehmen.

GPT-4 in Aktion. Man erkennt den Fortschritt.
Kopfrechnen jetzt besser, aber bei 4-stelligen Zahlen stimmt es immer noch nicht (korrekt wäre 50.206.808).
Immerhin ist das 32k-Token-Kontextfenster jetzt offiziell bestätigt. Ansonsten gibt sich OpenAI sehr verschlossen.

Mittlerweile kann man ChatGPT-artige Leistung lokal auf einem PC mit handelsüblicher Grafikkarte erzielen
Befürchtungen, große Firmen als Betreiber könnten diese Technologie monopolisieren und kontrollieren, können somit ad acta gelegt werden.
Verabschieden können wir uns auch von dieser Idee
