In the hearing an ex parte application was moved by Emeka ozoani SAN, on behalf of Peter Mbah. Justice Inyang Ekwo barred the director of NYSC Mr Ibrahim Muhammed from issuing continuous disclaimers against Mr Mbah NYSC certificate which was not issued by NYSC.
Previously, NYSC had publicly issued a disclaimer saying Mr. Mbah NYSC certificate was not issued by the NYSC.
This brings the question “Where did mr Mbah get his certificate from”? NYSC has every right to protect their integrity in this case and the justice barring them from… twitter.com/i/web/status/1…
It should be noted that the NYSC certificate Mr. Mbah submitted to INEC states he passed out on the 6th of Jan 2003, but on the 26th of June 2003, Udeh & Associates quoted to have written to NYSC requesting for payment of allowance to Mr. Mbah.
The number on the certificate Mr. Mbah submitted to INEC is different, and NYSC made a disclaimer.
NYSC has done its part by issuing disclaimers. I would expect Mr. Mbah proves that he did start and finish NYSC. It's one thing to start NYSC and it's another to finish NYSC.
With so many discrepancies why put a Barr on NYSC, why limit NYSC's say in this matter?
The justice putting a barr on NYSC will not stop the truth from coming out, the letter from NYSC is already public.
What solid reason do they have for filing an ex parte order, what untold stories are close to finding out?
Those girls stole 6.5 million from Scents by Teemah. This incident is why many business owners prefer to handle things on their own. Not only did those four steal, but they were also planning to harm her.
Please take note of their faces, do not hire them, they are criminals.
The fourth thief
The crazy part is these girls had no remorse at all. They pinned it on the dispatch rider and pretended they were not the real culprit.
In a crazy scenario that dispatch rider would be paying for a crime he did not commit.
I have this aunty of mine that would pick on me for no good reason. Anytime she came to the house, she would always find a fault in me and my sister.
It got to a point, where the moment I knew she was around, I wouldn't come out just to avoid her.
My dad noticed and asked me why I did that, I told him anything she comes around I can never seem to please her.
It either she is insisting I didn't greet her well, or I had a look on my face when I was greeting her
My father listened carefully to me, not once did he make my feelings invalid. When he was done listening, he said “I am sorry you feel that way”
I didn't know my dad started to observe my aunty quietly. If my dad is good at one thing, it's being a silent observer. He tries to make sense of why you are the way you are before giving an opinion
He kept watching
One day she came around, I opened the gate for her and greeted her. I said, “Good afternoon ma, welcome, let me know take your bag off you”. Her response was “Am I the one you are dragging leg to greet, did I tell you I wasn't welcomed”. Honestly, I felt bad, I felt bad because I knew I couldn't explain, nothing I would say would make it make sense.
She got in and I brought her water. That's how she started to complain, going on and on about how I'm a girl and I can't even do the basic things.
