Monday 15th of May was the hearing of Chijioke Edeoga, the LP candidate of Enugu.

Why is he in court? He is challenging the declaration of Peter Mbah as the winner of the gubernatorial election in Enugu.

Justice Inyang Ekwo barred the director of NYSC Mr Ibrahim Muhammed from issuing continuous disclaimers against Mr Mbah NYSC certificate which was not issued by NYSC.
