In the hearing an ex parte application was moved by Emeka ozoani SAN, on behalf of Peter Mbah. Justice Inyang Ekwo barred the director of NYSC Mr Ibrahim Muhammed from issuing continuous disclaimers against Mr Mbah NYSC certificate which was not issued by NYSC.
Previously, NYSC had publicly issued a disclaimer saying Mr. Mbah NYSC certificate was not issued by the NYSC.
This brings the question “Where did mr Mbah get his certificate from”? NYSC has every right to protect their integrity in this case and the justice barring them from… twitter.com/i/web/status/1…
It should be noted that the NYSC certificate Mr. Mbah submitted to INEC states he passed out on the 6th of Jan 2003, but on the 26th of June 2003, Udeh & Associates quoted to have written to NYSC requesting for payment of allowance to Mr. Mbah.
The number on the certificate Mr. Mbah submitted to INEC is different, and NYSC made a disclaimer.
NYSC has done its part by issuing disclaimers. I would expect Mr. Mbah proves that he did start and finish NYSC. It's one thing to start NYSC and it's another to finish NYSC.
With so many discrepancies why put a Barr on NYSC, why limit NYSC's say in this matter?
The justice putting a barr on NYSC will not stop the truth from coming out, the letter from NYSC is already public.
What solid reason do they have for filing an ex parte order, what untold stories are close to finding out?
Recently, social media went abuzz after our esteemed Tech Bro publicly showed his support for BAT and even presented BATs tech policy. Let me explain why this tried-and-failed concept of 'technocrat joins forces with incompetent/corrupt leader' is doomed from the start. Thread🧵
We all saw how Ibe Kachikwu, a Harvard-trained lawyer and then Executive Vice Chairman and Legal Counsel for ExxonMobil (HQ in the US, not Nigeria), left his stellar career to come to transform Nigeria under Buhari. Where's the transformation today, if I may ask? Walk with me.
Shortly after Kachikwu started as the GMD of the NNPC and the Minister of State for Petroleum, he started working on ideas that culminated in a 7-point agenda that sought to transform the NNPC into a modern, world-class, state-owned Oil and Gas company.

But what I do not get is the inability to do research before concluding

Mark Twain once said that if the first thing you do each morning is to eat a live frog, you can go through the day with the satisfaction of knowing that it is probably the worst thing that is going to happen to you all day long.
“Eating the frog” means completing your most important and oftentimes most difficult task before doing any other thing.
Since you all like gist and don't like to mind ya bloody business and always sticking your long nose into what doesn't concern you.
I'll give you a short story on why being a problem solver is the gate way to being a millionaire in 2021
Back then when boys where men and girls where women. Wait! That's not a good start. Let's start all over again.
Once upon in far far away land I was a University student of a very callous University in a very uncondusive land. Back then I felt school was exhausting
Well it really was! To top it off I was studying a course filled with with alot of calculations, heavy reading and practical problem solving. It was super hard to keep up
