“The CEELI Institute was instrumental in the design and launch of the Conference of Chief Justices of Central and Eastern Europe in 2007 as an opportunity for high-level judicial exchange. This now annual conference brings together presidents of the highest courts across the region and beyond to share best practices on promoting judicial integrity and accountability, combatting corruption in the courts, and reviewing court administration. U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts addressed the inaugural conference at the Institute in 2007.”
“The conference is now entirely independent and hosted each year by a participating country and court; in 2024 the Kosovo Supreme Court will host the Conference. The Institute remains supportive, including with guidance and mentorship led by our board member, Judge John M. Walker, a senior U.S. Circuit Court Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.”
“A notable achievement of the Conference is the signing of the Statement of Principles of the Independence of the Judiciary in 2015. Now known as the Brijuni Statement, after the Croatian town where it was adopted, this statement is a reaffirmation of its signatories that judicial independence is critical to upholding the rule of law. Nineteen Supreme Courts have signed the Statement.”
Democrats had Norm Eisen as their witness to discuss the Bragg case. That is the same Norm Eisen that created the Bragg case and appears to have worked with both the judge, Juan Merchan, and the witness, pathological liar Michael Cohen.
This is illustrative of the circularity theory that I have mentioned before where the people involved cover for each other.
Someone needs to investigate the relationship between Norm and all of the selected judges.
Jerry Nadler is one of Norm’s chief inside parters. Like with Jamie Raskin, Jerry should be under investigation, especially in regards to the first bogus Trump impeachment and to Jerry’s relationship with Brad Hoylman who passed the law that allowed E. Jean Carroll to sue Trump.
This guy says that the Trump administration, unlike previous Republican presidents, realized that a lot of progressive policy was done through grant making. What he is saying is that Trump cutoff the nonprofit and NGO funding spigot that was giving our tax dollars to “democracy” groups that have been working against the will of the people.
In other words, Trump is defunding civil society (NGOs, nonprofits, law firms, etc.) aka the shadow government.
“Since returning to office, President Trump’s campaign to exact revenge against his foes has turned out to be far more expansive, creative, efficient — and less reliant on the justice system — than anticipated.”
There must be accountability through the DOJ or everything Trump has done will be for nothing.
“Mr. Trump revoked the security clearances of former President Joseph R. Biden Jr., as well as a number of members of his administration and other prominent Democrats.

7Norman Eisen
This is Norm Eisen essentially saying that he was counting on his judge, Juan Merchan, sentencing Trump to prison for a year as part of keeping Trump from becoming president.
Norm created the Bragg case which he said was about Trump interfering in the 2016 election. Everything Norm did the last four years was about the jury box and the ballot box to solve the problem of Trump, aka election interference, so Norm should be charged with the same crimes.
Norm appears to have worked with the judge and the witness Michael Cohen. If that is the case, Norm should be charged with other crimes in addition to election interference.
